The only reason I shop here is because it's the only electronics store around. If a microcenter opened up in the area I would go there instead in a heartbeat.

Long wait times to get an employee to help in the computer section on multiple occasions but once available very pleasant and helpful echange. Cell phone service station was able to get a new phone for me activated on my plan in about 2.5hrs but was unaware on how to transfer some data.

Poor customer service. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other. They scan your receipts when you leave now too. Even when it’s in a bag.

I stood in line for 20 minutes with others behind me. The gentleman running computer paged for help but never received any. Then someone behind me in line was helped before I was. Atrocious.

Note to anyone trying to reach a Best Buy store. No matter what problem you may have you will not be able to reach the store that you made your purchase from. I upgraded my Verizon plan a bought 2 new iPhone 16 pro max’s to receive a free iPad and a free Apple Watch. The in store Verizon rep gave me the wrong watch and now Verizon is charging me $459.00 for the watch. I made this purchase while on vacation 3 hrs away from home 4 days ago. They stated I would need to return to the store to get help or spend another 3 hrs in a local store returning and repurchasing everything. I went to 2 local Best Buy’s today along with my Local Offical Verizon store and called Verizon Financial services. Don’t waste your money at Best Buy. Literally go anywhere else to purchase anything I know I will.

I bought a Nintendo switch digital game for my grandson and the activation code they printed on the ticket and in the email they sent was not valid and would not work. I went to the store and tried to get a refund and they said it was not possible I spent 4 hours on the phone, talked to 10 different people and NO ONE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Best buy is very sneaky and deceptive on the receipt there are two UPC codes once says 0 and the other one is the correct amount that you paid for the device or the game. I've attached the picture of the receipt. After speaking to one cashier and two managers they finally gave me a refund. I have to thank the asset protection specialist at the front of the store at the door because he said don't give up. I FINALLY GOT A REFUND ISSUED!!! Don't let them tell you they can't give you a refund, if you pay for something you should get it and if you don't you should get a refund!! if they scan your receipt and it comes up zero have them enter the second UPC code in and you'll get a refund.

This store has horrible customer service .. highly disappointed!! On the 21st of December I paid and made an online appointment with Best Buy to take a look at my tv .. and surround sound system that I had actually purchased thru them 9 years ago … it was scheduled for December 30th … the night before less than 24 hrs of my appointment date I get a message that I needed to reschedule my appointment! I contacted the 1800 # on my text notification and spoke to an associate, Emmanuel, knowledgeable and professional but did not know why this had been cancelled.. He rescheduled for the 9th of January which I also asked if a store manager could contact me because I wasn’t happy with this situation.. I have waited 7 days and no one has contacted me .. I tried calling the local store and it automatically went to a call center out of the united states.. I got hung up the 1st time .. the next associate named Angel said I would not be able to speak to a store manager cause they were a contact center .. I’m so disappointed and disgusted at this.. This unfortunately is the way retail has become!! Hopefully my appointment on the 9th will not be cancelled

Purchased a refrigerator from them on Nov 29th, with a delivery date of Dec 19th. Received the email confirmation, and the app gave the same date of delivery. Fast forward to the 19th, and having no communication from Best Buy decided to check the app, the day before everything was right on schedule, the morning of the 19th, it said I needed to confirm my delivery date. A little confused I reach out via chat, and was told there was a delay. First time I was hearing about the delay. No emails, no phone calls, no text messages, nothing. The agent Azlaan apologized saying I should have been contacted since the store had not received their inventory, thus the delay and the next date available was on Jan 3rd. I purchased this with hopes of having it before Christmas because mine stopped working, and I figured I could do without one for a week until it was delivered. Imagine my frustration when not only will I have to wait for it, but I was without a fridge at Christmas. Totally ruined the holiday meal to be held here at my house. I tried to get a refund, or an earlier delivery time but was told a refund was 7 to 10 business days, and that was the earliest time they had opened. So I didn't have a choice but to be forced into waiting until the 3rd since by the time the money was returned the product would arrive before the money. Holiday bank hours are all that jazz. Azlaan told me once it was delivered to contact them back for a delivery compensation. Jan 3rd came and the fridge was delivered, completely wrapped, which was a pain in the backside to unwrap when you live alone, and don't have help. I didn't realize that "setup" which is at an additional fee and I didn't get because there was no set up, just plug it in, is part of the unboxing/unwrapping process. Lesson learned on that, however I did reach out for the delivery compensation today Jan 4th, and was told I would receive a instore gift card for $10.00. Are you freaking kidding me? Best Buy dropped the ball without communicating. Ruined my Christmas dinner, and thought that was worth 10 dollars that I am required to spend in their store? What an insult. Poor customer service, and I politely declined their in store gift card due to the fact I will no longer spend my hard earn money at a store the clearly doesn't care about their customers.

This best buy location really let me down. After finding a product that I needed to repair my son's gaming computer in stock online at this location I purchased the item for pick up. When I got to the store no one could find the item. I waited for an hour, only to have a notification come up on my phone that the item was not available at the store. The employees whom I spoke with at several times really could have told me, instead of having me waste my time while they "looked around". Nobody's got time for that.

Made an in home data transfer appointment for December 30 th, on December 17 . Called them to find out when to expect technician , they told me my appointment was canceled and next available was Jan 15. Was on phone for two hours to get an earlier appt. Very poor communication, no apology for not telling me it was canceled. Never use this service, not accountable for poor service and customer satisifaction. Deserve zero stars
