BEWARE: the car wash track will destroy the inside of your tire rims.
If you have a lower sitting car or sports car, the car wash track will scrape and deteriorate your rims and you will not be able to replace tires on them!
The owner was initially understanding and admitted to the issue. I believed he was going to take care of it after they asked me to get quotes to fix it.
Ever since getting the quotes, they have ghosted me and will not fix what they admitted to damaging.
Please do not make the mistake of going here as I did and dealing with the headache of them not taking responsibility for their damages!

Hours posted are not accurate. Went on a Tuesday at 5:03 PM and they are CLOSED. Hours on google says they close at 6 PM.

Worst car wash I’ve ever received. Water was dirty and hardly any soap was used. Disgusting spots all over the car when finished. Avoid this place.

I had to go through twice. I paid for the DDeuxe package and car was not clean. I spoke to the man running it and showed him where my vehicle was still dirty and then had to ask for my air fresheners.

This is an update to my prior higher rated review. I finally had enough of them closing early and opening late and randomly changing hours that only appear on their lighted message sign. The staff frequently forgets to activate the camera system to let monthly customers through the gate and they have their head buried in their phones instead of greeting customers. That's IF they're around the entrance at all, not sitting in their own cars. I stopped by in mid February to cancel my recurring payment and was told it would be good through March 8th. I didn't go through the wash at that time as I knew it would take a few minutes for the manager to process the transaction. Two days later the gates wouldn't open and a message showed my account had been cancelled immediately, not on March 8th. The employee working there had no clue how to look it up or resolve the up issue. I drove to the new Mister Car Wash a mile away, singed up in a couple of minutes and got a far better wash than ever at this place.
