Prices are kinda high. Have to shop when they have sales. All X-mas is on Sale at 40% off , I think I bought to much, Lol.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM. I bought less than a year ago a sofa from the manager Chelle. The sofa is falling apart the cushions are caving in. I bought the extended warranty Chelle suggested that does nothing for me because the sofa is not a year old so they will not cover it. And now I’m told it is normal wear. I find it hard to believe that when you have no cushion to support the back of the sofa. Not to mention when buying it I was given 1 half of the sofa and told the other half I would have in about 2 weeks. I was never called and had to call 4 times and speak to a manager of the store who was able to finally get me the other half of the sofa. 6 months after I purchased. This sofa is Crap and they do not help you. I took pictures into a manager who told me to make a claim and I did and was told they will not cover it and big lots will not cover it either. So I have a sofa less than a year old that I am throwing out because you can’t even sit on it. Do not but a sofa from big lots.

Big Lots is my all time favorite store! Everyone I have had an interaction with (staff) has been pleasant at this particular store.

I have to give a one star because they will not let me give a no star the store is dirty they have no restrooms for the customer's to use you have to go all the way down to Publix.. and most of the time the lights are flashing and my daughter can not go in there cause she has epilepsy and it would make her have a seizure..
