I had an unsettling experience at this computer store.I typically only use my card at Walmart, but shortly after using it at this store, I received a $4000 bill from a luxury store in LA, even though I'm still in FL.This has raised suspicions about the security of their card reader. Please exercise caution when using your credit card at this establishment.

Brought my laptop in to figure out if it could be saved, or if I may need a new one. Thought maybe it was just overheating, but the news was far worse! They were honest, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely return should I ever have any future computer issues.

Had an issue with my Gaming PC CPU overheating and brought it here to have them diagnose and fix the issue. They were very fast in diagnosing the issue and repairing it. Super helpful and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend. Also had great pricing for their services.

My C:\ drive was bursting at the seams and I was suffering performance issues. After taking "repair or replace" notes over the past few days I brought that list to BITS for their opinion. Matt suggested a hard drive upgrade and doubling the RAM. I happily took his suggestion (I did NOT want to buy a new computer) and my computer is nice and speedy now. He ran stress tests, cleaned up the dusty interior, and finished the job in a few hours, for a VERY fair price. Super laid-back dude who knows his stuff. Thank you Matt!

My hard drive ran out of space in the middle of editing photos. I needed to get the photos done so I could send them to the client. I took my PC to Bits Computer and was amazed at the service. They upgraded my hard drive to 2T’s and had it installed within hours. I picked up my PC and was back to work in no time. Matt even took the time to go over my system and educate me on somethings I didn’t know about it. Very satisfied and will return again in the future.

Literally the only (and best) PC shop in melbourne not bad actually expected much less but I walk in with real PC enthusiasts repairing PC's they got NZXT branded fans, and even silver arctic 5 thermal paste which i didn't really know is basically the best thermal paste around. Great staff and even better environment wanna head back here sometime and check out what else they got!

I went to Best Buy to get help with my laptop, they said it would take greater than 1+ month to even get diagnostics and longer for turnaround. I needed my laptop back sooner than that, so they recommended checking out Bits Computer. Hands down they are the best computer repair service I've ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, understand the issues I was having almost immediately, and went above and beyond. They have earned a loyal customer! I highly recommend going to them first before going anywhere else.

Don’t bother with Best Buy. Go see Matt @ Bits Computer for your technology needs!! Bits team was slammed, but Matt managed to answer my phone call, and assist me while I was still at Best Buy! This was the third place I tried to fix my computer. Matt didn’t care about the warranty, but made it his duty to fix the problem at hand. Come to find out I only needed two fans replaced, and my Lenovo Envy Laptop of two years is working great! Thank you Matt! He was pleasant, well knowledgeable and eager to help if he can.

Took a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet in to have a bulging battery replaced, It was so bad the screen was bowed out enough you could see inside. However, nothing was broken. Charlie and his team had the battery replaced and the screen glued back in place and everything looked and worked like brand new. The computer was available for me to pick up the very next day. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. Thanks Bits, I really appreciate you fixing my computer and saving me a lot by not having to buy a new one because otherwise there was nothing wrong with this device!
