Has everything I need. Fair prices for all the bulky items I buy. They have a variety of almost everything. Also the gas is like 30c cheaper on the gallon here so its 100% worth the time to go and shop + fill the tank up for less!

Order # 237359972
After many attempts in 5 years by BJ'S to suscribe me and my wife as a Customer, I decided to go ahead and got my BJ'S card. So placed my first order for pickup in the morning and went there to get my Celcius Vive variety Pack for $ 26.74 including taxes, so far so good..then checked my credit card endig in 2259 and found out that they charged $ 30.75 ? $ 4.01 more...so drove back to BJ'S to speak with Customer Services and Kerting the employee in charge didn't have any clue? She saw the invoice of $ 26.74 and the charge in my credit card statement was $ 30.75 how come, so Customer Service from BJ'S doesn't undertand why and she went to Pickup department and was told is a hold that will be corrected the day after?
Why no one told me before? and explained about it.
Why they have to play a hold forcing me to look again the day after? Why i have to drive back from my home to ask why i have been overcharged and they also dont know either and get apologies and I am sorry, who are the smart people at the top?
It's really a shame, so tomorrow I have to have this issue in my head and check if the correction is done or not? Who pay for the extra gas? and my time?

Should I regret then joining BJ'S, the credit card went through without problen?
Still don't get it why, and why they dont tell you before and the customer has to find out themselves?
BJ'S should compensate me giving me a full credit for the agravation and unpleasant event due to the lack of efficiency of Management this regarding

Don’t forget your BJ’s card to get gas ! You will wait in line 30 minutes just to see this tiny little print sign on the pump that if you forgot your card, you can’t get gas ! Seems like they would have a bigger sign so that you didn’t waste 30 minutes plus in line that way you could go in and get your card if you forgot it at home !

the amount of people who leave this work place alone should already explain how bad of a work place this is ... they ask you what can help you do better than disregard it because it doesn't concern them and the manager will not help you if she doesn't need to she will do anything in her power to sit in the back and has the worst attitude when you call her for help. there has been many complaints about harassment towards the woman working and they have done nothing to stop it. they expect one person to get everything done and write you up for the smallest things. they don't carry half the stuff people come in looking for.. its honestly not worth it. this place doesn't even deserve one star i would rather shop at Walmart. they would rather promote being part of the lgbt community than worrying about what they need to fix.

The loading and unloading team is very bad. I arrived around 7 PM, and they asked me to wait until 10 PM for the evening shift to arrive. I waited, and when they finally showed up, they were rude and uncooperative. They made me wait a long time just to unload one skid.

I love this store! I have been shopping here for 5 years .The Employees are so personable and helpful , especially when I pick up my orders every 2 weeks ! The people that get my orders together are always so kind !

I would like to say the young lady in the produce department always works her butt off. She always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help the customers when looking for something.Tera is awesome employer. I definitely will be back to shop.

So there was an enormous long gas line, I waited over 30 minutes.I bought a card last month.Went to use the card and it told at Pump he says your membership is expired, he followed me to the car, instead of just scanning the membership and assisting me as a customer to get gas, forced me. Tr y dig up a membership and said when you find it you know where to find me and went back in his office. A tthis time i decided id locate my email of purchase, while dong this customer behind was rude impatient came approaching me as another customer telling me to handle business elsewhere cause the waited to, obviously this is rude and cold of prevented, once email was shown the employee only then did he scan his card t get m gas, he then abruptly stated to next time take a picture of my card and went back in his office.Eh ever was working today 4/1424 around 3:30 to 4:00 pm
