I had a great experience yesterday buying my truck from Boniface Hiers. Tristan was great in helping me find the truck I wanted. He is very personable and easy going. I never felt like I was being pressured into something I didn't want. Tristan was also super helpful in showing me the features in my new truck, especially since I was buying a Ford from a Kia place. Sabi was also great and friendly when it came time to signing all the paperwork and getting everything squared away with my bank. Thank you! I love my new truck!

Looking for a new car can be a bit overwhelming, but everyone at Boniface Hiers Kia made the process very easy and stress free! From being greeted in the parking lot as I arrived to finishing the deal in finance and everyone in between, we were treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. I had amazing experience with Kia boniface . Everyone was nice and patient, the manager Moe came over and talk with me and told me the process and how’s everything going to go and what happen and the sales guy tyreek was patient with me and didn’t get tired of my questions . The finance guy Seher was amazing and awesome also everyone was welcoming., I will give a 10/10 for this location and the communication was endless ?? Update: After 1 year of owning a car sold buy this dealership I still stand by my 1 star review. For those just tuning in here I purchased a brand new Kia K5 from this place 1 year ago. (The first review is below). I have had nothing but problems. 6 Months in the horn died. Not the dealerships fault but Kia's. However, getting anyone from this dealership to help was a nightmare. Once I finally got my car in for its 1 years service maintenance they finally acknowledge the horn issue and replaced it under warranty. See that is the catch of their "Life time warranty" you have to always have your car serviced at their dealership or you void the warranty so that is why I am still dealing with the sad excuse of a company. After my 1 year maintenance I picked my car up and took it out of town on a trip. about 1 hour down the road the car started making a horrible noise. I pull over to find that the plastic under the car that covers the oil pan was hanging down and dragging the road. upon further inspection it was missing 1 screw and the other was maybe hand tight. See they changed my oil but neglected to button everything back up. Now with destroyed plastic hanging under my car from their neglect I calmly call the service department to get nothing but a voice mail. I calmy left a voicemail explaining what happened and requested someone to return my call. It has now been a week and 5 phone calls with 5 voicemails later and no one has yet to return my call. Once again I encourage everyone to avoid this KIA dealer and instead use the one in Coco or Vero instead.Update: I just found out they did not pay off my trade in. This place is a scam avoid at all cost. I had to threaten legal action to get them to finally pay off the trade in.I recently visited this dealership as I was interested in the Kia K5. I spoke with a wonderful salesman Matt who showed me a few cars. Was not pushy and did a great job at helping me find what I want. He was very professional and answered all my questions. However, sadly that's where the fun stops. I had to wait almost 6 hours on finance. Once I got to finance I was met with a pushy finance guy trying to up sale me. After I finally got out and got the keys to my brand new 2023 Kia K5 I drove it home and noticed the doors would not lock and noticed a bad gash on the bumper. I figured I was missing something so I went back the next day where another random sales guy who pointed out that an inspection should of been done and I should have got a sheet to sign off on. The department that inspects and details the new car neglected to walk me through that part. We found that the rear passenger door would not lock. I took it back the next day to service who had the car all day. The service advisor I worked with was friendly and nice but sadly they could not fix my car. I was told because the car is so new they can't get the part they need and it could be several months before they can get it. At this point I am furious that this dealership sold me a brand new car with these problems. Moral of the story stay away from this dealership at all cost. If you really want a Kia which is a nice vehicle by the way and can't use any other dealer than this one then at least ask for Matt.

If shopping for a car, be sure to check out Boniface Hiers Kia! Top Notch service!!! I started through the internet and had the pleasure to be assisted by Chaselin. She was very informative, incredibly helpful as I was trying to determine which model would work best for me. She sent me pictures and when I narrowed it down to a few vehicles, I went in for a test drive. What a beautiful and sparkling clean showroom! My salesperson was John Benson! He was FABULOUS to work with. So genuine and kind. He answered ALL my questions, and I had a lot!! Once I chose the model I wanted , he showed me all my color options etc. They didn't have the color I wanted but he took the time to find it elsewhere and made it happen!! He didn't try to talk me into settling for a color that wasn't my first choice. John explained all the features so I could understand and was always happy to explain when I had another question! I felt welcome the minute I walked in the building that my satisfaction was the priority of everyone that assisted me. Scott in finance was awesome and super easy to work with. No high pressure and enjoyable to work with. There was a very sweet lady who explained the clear coat option to us. She was so kind and had such a pretty smile. I wish I could remember her name. I feel bad that I can't. Sharon with customer experience was also a pleasure to speak with on a few occasions. Everyone truly cares and I didn't feel like just another "sale". Thank you to everyone at Kia in West Melbourne for making the process smooth and easy! I absolutely LOVE my gorgeous 2024 Glacier White Kia Sportage EX!

My salesman, Bruce, was very helpful. Very transparent during the purchase process and got me a great deal for my trade-in. Days after the sale, the dealership continued to help me with things such as providing a second key, airing up and resetting the tire gauge sensor, etc. Overall great experience.

Walking onto the dealership property, I was greeted by Mood. He was very welcoming and was eager to help me find what I was looking for. He asked if I had any specific requests or needs when it came to my new car, and he helped me to get those. He explained the what needed to be explained with each car. When it came time to “close the deal” he worked hard to help me get to where I needed to be to comfortable with purchasing my car. Mood was, phenomenal and very welcoming. He took the time to explain when needed, and offered his help and opinion when warranted. Overall, I had a great experience with the Boniface Hiers Kia. Very happy with my purchase and the team that helped me.

Stopped by without an appointment. Bruce made us feel welcome and brought us directly to the vehicle we had in mind. This purchase was for my daughter and I loved that Bruce included her throughout the process. He showed her all the safety features and cool gadgets and helped her with getting everything set for her size so she could be comfortable on the road. Excellent service didn't stop there, Nicholas was patient in answering all finance questions and easily explained additional service options available. Love the warranty forever! Will definitely do business again!

I sold my car to them and it was almost 30 days until I was paid. It was explained to me by the GM that my title was out of state and it could take some time before they could pay me. What was poor was the lack of communication between me and the GM! I was given the run around because it was not done the way it was explained! Always trying to dominate the conversation and totally dis regarded my explanation on receiving the title release

Bought a brand new Kia Stinger GT2 from bonniface hiers, my sales lady was nice, everything was fine I thought the car was a good value etc. Well in the first month I was driving down i95 and went to pass a semi. The wind gust literally caught the skid plate and ripped it half off. It damaged the interior fender wells and the tabs on the cross member that attach the skid plate. Mind you the car hit nothing. Not a rock, not a car, nothing, other than highway speed winds. All the tabs on the front bumper are fine, there is no damage visible other than the damaged caused by the skid plate being improperly secured. This car had less than 1000 miles and was less than a month old. They scheduled me to get it checked out almost a month later.Their service rep was friendly at first then tried to hand me a 3000 bill, to fix it. Mind you this should be covered under warranty. Now he got rude and refused to provide me the information of who makes that decision. Finally another month later my sales rep, calls to check on how I’m enjoying the car and she connects me with the warranty rep. Who sits there and argues like she actually knows a thing about cars but clearly doesn’t. Tries to tell me the damage to the cross member tab that was bend from the skidplate dropping was proof the car hit something. She clearly had no clue what part we were even talking about or what type of damage we were talking about. I reached out to Kia America and they informed me it should be covered under the bumper to bumper. But idk the warranty rep from bonniface hiers refuses to submit the warranty claim.Tried to tell me to call my insurance. Who immediately declined coverage because the car did not collide with anything. Mind you this is a 50k brand new car that now is messed up and they expect me to pay for something that any other company would cover under the bumper to bumper warranty. Improperly secured skid plate.

I have done every thing I know to give Boniface Hiers Kia a chance to make things right but I can not even get a call back or email answered. If you plan to do business with them, my advice is drive a little further down the road. Owed 5k for over 3 weeks and will not contact me back.
