Grab a coffee while you browse for your next good read. Bargain selves always have great selection.

They were out of what I went for, even though I checked before I went (could have been shoplifted I guess). Not much help on the floor for assistance. Had to wait on check out lines to ask questions.

I had a fantastic experience at the Books-A-Million in Viera, thanks to Gregory. Prior to my visit, he went above and beyond by checking inventory over the phone and holding a book for me. When I arrived, Gregory not only helped me sign up for the membership but also applied the discount to my purchase, which inspired me to grab a second book during the same trip! He even handled my checkout, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail really stood out. Gregory deserves to be recognized for his dedication and helpfulness!

I love this store! Obviously they sell books and have a great selection, but they have so much more here. Think Loungefly backpacks with all your favorite characters and stories. There are also themed toys, collectibles, stuffiness and more to delight both the young and not so young. I'm also impressed by their wide selection of magazines. Joe Muggs Coffee shop is located inside as well. This location is within a large shopping center so there's even more to see and do.

I like coming to this location because it is close to work and baby's daycare. However, I was not impressed with the location of the changing table (pictures included). This has to be the oddest changing table placement I have ever seen and I did not even attempt to change a diaper with this setup where there was barely room to stand for the parent. And yet there's a big empty space across from this where the changing table could easily be moved (or should have been placed in the first place). Do better, BAM.

Good selection of books and a clean store. Only reason I give this a 3 is because they force their employees to shill a store membership and magazine subscriptions with every purchase. I come here to disconnect and get a book, not sign up for more subscriptions. I think management needs to rethink what the average book store customer is looking for.

Had such a great experience in Sept, that I joined their "millionaire's club." Returned this past weekend to use one of the 25% coupons I received. At the register, Greg the cashier asked if I wanted to buy a book/toy for the local boys and girls club. I politely replied not today. We ended up needing to spend another $18 in order to use the coupon and I asked my kids if there was anything else they'd like to get. Greg interjects, "OR you could buy a toy/book for the boys/girls club." I was shocked he was so pushy about how I spend my money in today's economy after I had already said not today. My kids grabbed another book and I chose something for my mom. When I handed the items to Greg he pushes further and asks "are these for you or for the donation?" This guy was relentless. After he gave me the total, I said that I could round it up another $5 to donate. He curtly replied, "No you can't do that. You either buy a book or a toy." At that point I wanted to cancel the whole transaction but my kids were so excited for the books they chose. What a terrible experience! It was a special treat for my kids to shop there that day and that interaction made me regret spending a dime at that store.
