Went with a few friends hit the lanes and had a blast. Ariel was our server . Great hospitality! Ariel was very professional, fast with the orders. Ask for Ariel when you go !!

Amazing time with the family! Our server Ariel was amazing always had drinks refilled and had amazing suggestions for us to try from the menu.

I’m not usually one to complain but but I would not recommend. In 3 games we switched 3 lanes.each Lanes malfunction. The staff was nice about it but frustration took over . 8 $ for fries 55 $for two people to bowl.

I paid $100 for three people to bowl three games with their 3rd game half off special for Saturday night. While I'm sure other bowling venues charge prices that are similar, it seems shady that this business does not advertise their prices anywhere on their site or elsewhere as other bowling places do. l had no idea how much it would be per game or even the cost for shoe rental until we got there. I felt that this was somewhat shady business practice. There is a chance that I may not have seen it, but I do not recall seeing a clear pricing menu when paying either. I was only made aware of the price after we had been rung up. I was then given a receipt with an option to tip starting at 18%. I do not feel that this is fair considering that ! did not have food brought to my lane and that the only interaction I had with employees was purchasing the games and being handed the shoes. Overall, it was a fun experience for everyone in my group including myself, but I will likely not be returning to this location due to the hidden pricing.

My family and I had an amazing time at Bowlero this Thanksgiving weekend, thanks to Mayser, Deli, and Justice. Their service was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make me and my four kids feel welcomed, appreciated, and truly cared for.
As a military veteran, it meant a lot to experience such genuine hospitality. They treated us with respect, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish.
Bowlero is blessed to have a team like this! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🎳👏

Had the pleasure of meeting Ops Mngr, Deli, tonight who promised nothing but great things to come for Bowlero- Melbourne. Can't wait to see all the good things to come for my hometown lanes. First of which is the repair of the primary exit door leading from the bar. Not sure why a review is needed for such a minor repair or to get attention to matters such as these, but a promise is a promise and here's your review paid forward for aforementioned maintenance. I surely hope it reaches its intended audiance to restore egress exit. Looking forward to more boxes being checked. Will update once resolved. Thanks Deli!

We just went with a party of 12 and could not have had a better time! Delphi, Ariel, Mike, and Emily were super friendly and helpful and really made it an experience. Everyone in our group said that it was the most fun they’d had in a while. Thank you all for providing a quality environment for everyone to get together!

Great experience! We go there a lot and the people are so nice and helpful. Emily was so sweet with my little girl, helping her get settled and making sure we had everything we needed. Penny and Trev in the cafe are filled with smiles and make great food. Fun place to go for a good time!

Unfortunately, staff were some of the rudest I have ever met. We had a party of 8 and Emily greeted us with an eye roll and a “oh my god”. She racially profiled two of our party members and said “they’re with you?” Why would we lie about having two people with us? Emily needs to work in the back or something because customer service is not her strong suit. My friend only wanted to go bowling for his birthday and she made it as difficult as possible, she was trying every route not to serve us. “We only have one lane” but after we were like “that’s okay” miraculously two lanes popped up. I wasn’t drinking but my friends wanted drinks they went up and we’re 22-23 so we have vertical IDS. Bartender laughed in my friends face and was like “I’m not going to serve you with a vertical id” and after 3 people said “it’s never been a problem for us” he decided to serve. I think this place just hates serving people and hates money. Go to shore lanes at least you won’t be bullied by the staff

Its a nice bowling alley, just a little expensive. The best way to go is by using Groupon. Only downside to groupon is you'll have to wait exactly 24 hrs before using it so plan ahead.
