Dr. Mas is absolutely amazing!! I will follow her to the ends of earth to take care of my 6 year old daughter!! 21 years ago, we met when my son was a baby, and she was beyond everything I could hope for in a pediatrician! Also, a huge thank you to Sabrina!! She made everything so easy to get my daughter seen after breaking her arm at school yesterday and getting to the orthopedic surgeon! Having a great Dr. Makes visits and decisions so much easier, but having an office staff that makes sure to go above and beyond to take care of their patience! Is an absolute must!! Sabrina, you're awesome!! Thank you, you're a gem! 🦄

Checked in @2:45 brought me to the room @3:15 and said the Dr will be right in.. it's now going on 4:30 and not once have I seen the Dr. Yet.. But I sure hear them all sitting around talking and laughing about their life stories smh . So unprofessional. I'm literally thinking about leaving because NOBODY has came in to at least let me know they're behind schedule even though there's no other patients at the moment -1 Star if I could UPDATE: Errol came in and saved the day.. I absolutely love him, so sweet n funny. Didn't really feel the Dr. Himself listened to my concerns or really even care at all, just gave me a referral 🙄
This new generation is something else 🤦🏻♀️

Great! Everyone working here was awesome from the Receptionists Medical Assistant to the Dr. Was caring and i was pleasantly surprised by the sevrice and speed of the visit. Great experience for a urgent care.

A neanderthal would have provided better medical care. Good luck seeing an actual Dr. or getting half decent attention for your children. You might get an unknown random person who will NOT listen, and who will gamble with your children’s health, offering you no solutions and no meaningful referrals, only incoherent opinions. A total waste of time!

The lady with red hair at the front desk is really really slow. Stops checking in kids to go look at babies and talk to other staff members about how cute babies are instead of booking appointments. Took me over 40 minutes to get through a line of 2 people because of her. Doctors here are really behind as well. Your really no better off making an appointment at BHA either. BHA walk in or appointments are both the absolute worst. Your better off having good insurance and a different doctor

The best place for children. The doctors are great. We are Ukrainian refugees. This clinic treat my daughter when I don’t have insurance. We paid a small amount of money as a refugees. But when I received insurance I went exactly to this clinic, because it’s the best. The similar perfect attitude to every people who need help! Thank you a lot!

Took my son to your urgent care this morning. His prescription was sent to cvs. CVs can’t fill it because they’re computers are down. I called the urgent care at 1:30 and receptionist said she would have the provider send it to Publix. It’s now 3 hours later and Publix hasn’t received it. I’ve left a message asking when that can be sent and no call back! This is just one of the numerous problems with BHA! Monday waited 2 hours past my daughters appointment time at the Malabar clinic and saw no one!!!! Your care, when it’s received, is sub par at best!!! Hold wait times are absolutely ridiculous, never a call back, waiting for hours past appointment times, can’t get an antibiotic prescription transferred. EVERYONE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND FIND A BETTER PRACTICE!! This place isn’t worth it at all!!!!!!

I recently moved here from another state and Brevard Health Alliance has been terrible! I have been diagnosed twice with ADHD, once as a child and again as an adult, and have been taking Adderall with much success. I provided my diagnosis paperwork but their primary care physicians can not prescribe it. I was told I needed to meet with a psychologist which is a total waste of resources since I have already been diagnosed and am taking it with great results but I reluctantly agreed to a referral to a psychologist. I was supposed to receive a call to be scheduled that day or the next but never did. So I had to call in and wait on hold for half an hour. When I got a hold of someone I was informed that the psychologist I was referred to does not prescribe Adderall so they scheduled me with Dr. De Los Angeles who they said was the only psychologist in their company who will prescribe it. 2 hours before my appointment I got a call from the receptionist informing me that Dr. De Los Angeles does not prescribe Adderall to adults, only to children! What kind of BS is that?

I would give this company a zero rating if it was available. I will sum it up in point form.- moved here from another State- could not get an actual appointment for several months even though I have a history of serious health problems- jumped through all their hoops, went in and filled out paperwork, provided all my insurance information, history, etc.- was given a telephone interview with a doctor weeks later- Doctors assistant was snarky, disrespectful and chastised me for not being ready for the interview, even though it was her fault for not sending me the instructions (later found out she texted the instructions to my wife's cell phone rather than mine)- They billed me for the entire "visit" even though I had primary and secondary insurance coverage (later found out a staff member failed to enter my insurance information even though she had photocopied it)- I did not receive any follow up information from the doctor regarding tests he ordered. I called his office and spoke with his assistant. Started to explain I had been billed and she abruptly said "well you have to call billing. I has nothing to do with us.". She also said very sarcastically, "what do you want?". I told her I had not received any information yet (9 days later) on tests the doctor had ordered. She argued with me that it was mailed out the same day and I informed her that I had not received anything yet. She sounded perturbed and said she would mail it out again. No appologies, no instructions over the phone. I then asked for her name and position and there was a very long pause. I then attempted to tell her that the doctor had written false and inaccurate information on my medical portal. She kept saying "I can't hear you, you're breaking up" and hung up the phone on me. Never called me back so I know it was BS.- sent a message to the doctor to call me at his earliest convenience.- the next morning the Assistant called me back trying to tell me we had a bad connection the day before. I informed her I wanted to speak to the doctor,as requested.- doctor called me back and says "What's up?". I informed him in detail about his nasty, belligerent assistant, hanging up on me, no instructions for tests, false information on my medical record and requested he change the information. He never did. he said he would pass the information regarding his assistant on to their administration. Not sure if he ever did.- Finally received test instructions for a dexa scan as well as a cologuard test in the mail. About 12 days after ordered. Did the cologuard test and dropped it off at their clinic. Never got any results on this test until I asked about it, approximately 2 months later. Then they gave me the results.- Went in for the dexa scan test and was told they did not have it on their computer. I am used to all labs and tests being sent by computer so I did not have a hard copy with me. Was told to contact my doctor and request they fax a copy of the order to them. I phoned and was not sure if I was speaking to the doctor's assistant as his staff never identify themselves. I gave her my name, explained that the diagnostic center was requesting they fax a copy of the order to them. She then said "I can't hear you" and hung up the phone on me. I left without having the test and fired the doctor the same day.- I am almost 70 and have never seen a more incompetent and disrespectful medical facility in my life.- fast forward 4 months later, I have an excellent doctor with Health First. Staff are all extremely friendly and competent. Tests are done promptly and results usually the next day.- I requested the CEO of Brevard Health Alliance call me and was told he would within 48 hours. I never did get a phone call. Hence my review.- In summation, I would not trust Brevard Health Alliance with my dogs health care let alone my own.

Love Dr. Lockhart and her assistant Krista. They are both so kind, knowledgable and care about the children that they treat.They were both so accommodating. It’s such a pleasure to be part of Brevard Health Alliance.
