“I did not know where to start looking for a “Mother of the Groom” dress. I was thinking I need to go to Orlando, but my daughter said we needed to go to a bridal store. So instead, we looked at what we have locally and found La Boutique in Melbourne. Best place EVER! Valerie took great care of me! She showed me several dresses and BAMM, I found the one! She suggested I order a small. The dress arrived within a week. I came back and Valerie was waiting me with the dress ready to fit it. It fit me like a glove! I am very happy and I will tell you, La Boutique should be your first stop for wedding shopping in Melbourne. 5 Stars for customer service all the way!”
“The customer service is AMAZING!! I picked up my ring from being repaired and literally cried when I saw the result. The ring had a split in the middle of our wedding date inscription and knew the inscription would be removed, which really made me sad but I needed the ring to be fixed. To my absolute surprise the inscription was there and I was so moved by their thoughtfulness that it brought tears to my eyes. Genna Jewelrys is now our family jewelers.”
“This is the best bridal shop in town! I said YESSS to the dress here and I can’t be more excited! Kitty was AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses I also got my veil, garter, ring pillow and more here! Talk about one stop shop!! The place is beautifully decorated, the store is so nice and clean and has the best customer service in any bridal shop you could ever go to! There is a dress for EVERYONE here and the selection kitty has is unbeatable??I also couldn’t help but notice all of the gorgeous prom dresses she had as well… HOLY SMOKES? If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This is the place to go ? ? ?”

“I am so thankful for Sierra and Olivia Bowen Bridal for making wedding dress shopping such a pleasant and easy experience! I am from out of state so I was worried about buying from a shop in Florida but Sierra made it seamless. My mom, MIL, and I went in and tried on dresses till we found the one and ordered my dress last May. Sierra was super communicative and always provided updates when I asked for them. There was an unfortunate issue with customs that resulted in my dress being damaged but Sierra let me know right away and told she already had a new one on the way. I was able to go a pick my dress up a few weeks later and bring it home with me with plenty of time for alterations before my September wedding. I cannot wait to wear my dress in just a few short months. Thank you Sierra!!”

She made it a seamless experience, asking for inspo pics beforehand and pulling dresses that matched the style. She was clear about budget, did not pressure me whatsoever, and handled all of the shipping logistics. 10/10 would recommend.”
