This is my second time having the experience of working with Ana moving into these apartments (several years apart too) and she has been a big help both times! She ensures everything is taken care of and when it’s not functioning correct, she will make sure to get the issue resolved. There’s open communication and that’s much appreciated.

Don't let the property manager’s sweet demeanor, friendly loud voice and pictures of the polished appearance of the apartment office or the well-lit apartment kitchen photos fool you. Our rental experience was marred by constant privacy breaches, noise disruptions, and health hazards. Despite multiple complaints about the smell of cigarettes, marijuana, and people gathering in front of our apartment, the manager failed to take any effective action. I've attached a photo showing a person sitting shirtless. Her suggestions were to set large fans in the patio to dissipate smell or put up a screen if we needed more privacy. It's misleading how she portrays the apartments on the rental websites, as some part of the interiors is nearly impenetrable to daylight. As the inside of the apartment was dark and humid all the time, mold infestation and persistent water leaks from the toilet ceiling aggravated health concerns. My child had endured frequent allergies and colds, which we later attributed to the mold infestation we discovered upon moving out. Attached are some photos revealing the extent of the mold and water leakage problem. At one point, our top floor was rented by some rowdy students. They had friends from other units of the same complex over frequently, leading to a disruptive lifestyle. Party after midnight and loud banging noises, especially from 12 to 4 am at night, made it impossible for us to sleep. Again my toddler suffered a lot. Funny thing was these guys used to sleep at daytime. When I complained, she responded that the students claimed they had no furniture, so they couldn't possibly be making noise. Rather than addressing the noise issue she threatened to take legal action against us for all of our complaints. Later, I found body damage on my car and called the police. Unfortunately, they were unable to take action due to lack of video evidence. After installing a camera, I observed the students walking around and lingering near my car, as well as frequent meetings between the property manager and the students in front of our apartment. These interactions seemed like a deliberate attempt to provoke us. When my wife witnessed these incidents through our window one day, the property manager called the police. When the police arrived, she informed the officer that we were giving a bad look to her and her student tenants. However, upon inviting the police officer inside and explaining the situation, the officer understood our problems. She showed empathy and advised us to vacate the apartment as soon as possible. She also emphasized the importance of taking legal action, especially since we had a child at home. Furthermore, she recommended that we inform the property manager's superior about our situations and to stay safe until we leave. Please carefully read and retain a copy of the lease document before signing. Our lease stated a one-month vacancy notice requirement, but later, the property manager sent us a letter insisting on a two-month notice. Additionally, although she initially collected two months' rent from us as a security deposit, she later claimed to owe us one month's rent as a deposit. After we raised concerns, she corrected her mistake. Furthermore, when we sent her vacancy notice, she sent us a letter saying she would charge us for an additional month and forfeit money from our security deposit if we delay returning the keys. Finally, despite the lease making no mention of professional carpet cleaning, she charged us a $100 fee for it, in addition to other cleaning fees. Throughout our lease, we consistently encountered her rude behavior and negative experiences.

We moved from NY state to Bridgewater Pointe Apartments in June, 2023. I was a bit nervous since we didn't see the apartment in person, only through photos. Ana assured us that we will love the apartment. She was amazing from the time we applied for our unit till the day we moved in!! The apartment was everything she said it would be. Just beautiful!!! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. It is very quiet here too! Ana is an awesome property manager. Shes kind, very helpful and cares about her tenants. Thank you Ana.......I'm so glad we chose Bridgewater Pointe!

Ana is the property manager, and she is the best. She works hard to keep the property clean and safe. She also goes out of her way to assist resident inquiries as quickly as possible. The upgraded apartments are really nice, and the pool and gym are cool.

wanted to wait a while to give my opinion, as time would pass, I would observe and then give my opinion. Firstly, the apt. They delivered it to me, everything was very nice and, above all, very clean. The pool and gym area was super clean. the community is very clean. the manager of the complex is very helpful, a very good person and above all I have never seen a manager out of the office collecting papers, cleaning the pool area and so dedicated to the place. I take my hat off and congratulate her. I recommend The place is very clean and quiet, very comfortable. I have no complaints at one point I need the maintenance service and they quickly resolved the case for me. By the way, the one who works in maintenance does his job clean and excellent.jonan

I have nothing but good things to say about Bridgewater Pointe. Rent was very reasonable, especially for the size of the unit. Management and maintenance are top notch! They are very friendly and responsive. In the year that I lived here, I had two very minor issues in the apartment and both times maintenance came out immediately and fixed the problem the first time.I can’t brag enough about the property manager, Ana. She is a such a blessing to this community. I’ve never seen someone care for a property the way she does. She works day and night 7 days a week to make sure the property is in good condition. The apartment itself: The walls are either very thick or the neighbors are extremely quiet-I never heard a peep. The units are nicely updated and spacious. The amenities are well taken care of. If I ever move back to Melbourne, I will absolutely call them first for availability. I truly enjoyed the year that I spent in this community.

The Bridgewater Apartment Complex is exactly where you would want to be. Moving from out of state into Melbourne, I had no idea about what was affordable, offered and in my best interest. Once I discovered this opportunity I jumped on it. Handling everything online and on the phone from a different state is a huge task, and the manager helped immensely. This is a community where every resident I’ve met is friendly, and the management is competent and coordinated. I will finish and give the manager a huge shout out for assisting my girlfriend and I moving onto the next stage of our life.

I moved in with my girlfriend about 2 months ago, and it has been an amazing experience. The grounds are very nice and well kept, the facilities are accessible and always clean, neighbors are super quiet, and the management is amazing. I'm so thankful that I found this place, and I plan on staying here a long time. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe and nice place to live.
