Crazy world we live in.I put a application in online and went into the pharmacy to turn in a resume on top of the application. I was immediately judged when walking through the door. I was redirected to go upstairs and talk to the receptionist who ignored me at first. I introduced myself and explained what I was there for. Her response was and what do you need so I told her I was just dropping of my resume handed it to her and she just tossed it to the side. Mind you if theu looked or even glanced at it they what see 10 plus years of pharmacy experience management and years of converting pharmacies from one to another. Also working some of the busiest retail pharmacies. I would not recommend this place for employment to anyone if you don't look like the "norm" so no tattoos no facial hair etc..

Knowledgeable, courteous, professional staff. They repaired my mother's wheelchair quickly and they stock an incredible, diverse selection of equipment and implements to assist with physical impairment.

I've been taking all my business to Browning's for three decades after living with 29 years of nerve damage in my left heel. The staff and everyone there is very thorough and kind they even have krutch critters to put over the top of your crutches to keep your underarms from hurting which I thought was amazing. No after to botched surgeries buy a podiatrist I'm going back to get a knee scooter. Supply you've been my savior at many times and that's great cuz that's the year I was born 1962 happy 60 blessings. Pixie

I had a great customer service with Browning’s, Jackie from WG helped me with my grandma in getting her a scooter, she was very detailed and got the things done quickly. She was very pleasant and has a bubbly personality. Will do business again or refer customers to Brownings. Great Customer Service….

No customer service, no follow up, and no problem solving skills whatsoever. I’ve called multiple times daily for over a week attempting to get a wheelchair rental while my son is immobile. Today I was told ONLY the person helping us before can follow up on the insurance authorization and of course she’s not in today. Sounds absolutely ludicrous to me and extremely unhelpful.

I love dealing with Browning's regarding my Cpap and supplies. Got a reminder call from Amanda this morning who was so friendly and nice and it's such a pleasure to deal with businesses that have friendly and understanding employees. I definitely recommend them for your medical supplies.

Why do they make us give a one star when the place is undeserving of it? I am forced to use brownings at times because they have an item I need. The staff congregate together and when you ask for some help they Act like you are bothering them. When you do get some help they don't comprehend what you want.I have never felt so uncomfortable in any store like I do at brownings! Be careful with your purchases, they do not allow returns! I just purchased an $85.00 knee brace that they recommended for me and it is way too small for me. An employee measured me for the brace and obviously measured me wrong. Of course, they don't Take any responsibility for measuring me incorrectly and of course, no returns or refunda d

Wonderful staff! They were very pleasant and eager to help me and as soon as I walked in. I was renting a wheelchair for my grandmother who came to visit. Great experience and will continue to support Browning's!

Came in for one knee brace and attempted to find the correct brace myself because the staff totally ignored me while spending time at the front of the store laughing with each other. My husband went to get help and was told, "someone will get to you, we are very busy right now". Counting the 2 of us we counted maybe 7 customers in the store and they were walking around with no store employees accompanying them. About 5 minutes later a male staff member came over and asked what we were looking for. First off he gave the impression he didn't want to be there. He tried to get us to buy the most expensive brace within the first minute he came over. My husband is in a wheelchair and needed assistance from the employee to make sure he was getting the right brace. I had to measure his leg and put on the braces as the employee did nothing but stand there. We got to one b race and the employee said that "it fits perfectly ". How could he know he never provided any hands on. My husband kept telling him that it was very tight but the employee told us that it's supposed to be tight. We get up to the counter and the women at the register was ringing up 2 knee braces, well we only needed 1. She kept telling us that with this type of brace you must have them on both knees to work better. We objected to her lie and she abruptly pushed of the braces away in a huff. The woman at the counter and the sales rep were trying to get us to buy 2 $85.00 braces. Well we get the brace home, try it on again and guess what...it's too small. We brought the brace over to Will at health 1st and was told the brace is 2 sizes too small. Well you guys don't take returns so I cannot return it so enjoy the money and go out to lunch with it.I have been in this store out of necessity before when other stores didn't have what we needed and have felt very uncomfortable while walking around. Many staff members are generally huddled together talking to each other and as I would walk by them they would stop their conversations and stare at us without any verbal acknowledgement to us. I personally feel like I'm walking into a members only club and it's members are looking down on me for intruding. I have expressed my feelings with managers on two occasions resulting in my feeling worse off than if I just kept it to myself. I am aware how negative this post appears but attest it is the truth. I have brought these issues to others who have frequented the store and they recounted similar experiences and conclusions. For those who know what they want and there is no where else to go In the area may want to go to Vero Beach instead. I won't apologize for this post because it us deserving of harsh criticism.

This used to be a reputable place. As a physician i wanted to talk to the pharmaciat for 10 sec to ask if they carry a certain health it; i was placed on hold for 20 minutes after a very young lady answered the phone and talked over me and then decided to place me on hold. Do not waste your time with this place. Its degraded itself to nothing. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of places with medical equient and nice staff. Good bye Browning. Youwill be bankrupt soon. If i could i would give this placea zero star.

Business always seem somewhat disorganized. When I walk in I never really know who where to go or who to talk to.Recently I bought a new prescription for a knee braceTook them a couple of weeks to get doctor's notes which is understandable however two three weeks later I still did not have my d brace I called this past week and found out that the knee brace that was prescribed was of a type that brownings did not have or sell and no one bothered to tell me this. Person I talk to you on the phone was in fact professional understanding about this situation understood how I felt he said he felt the same way.So now I had to go to hanger to get my knee brace. I was promised the owner or someone in management would talk to me about the situation to date no one has.Additionally they really need Saturday hours many of us work during the week and cannot get there at a reasonable time.May give them one more chance but may still end up going to another provider of durable medical equipment

I am very dissatisfied and highly upset that I was lied to by the woman at the register. I went in for a brace for a thumb immobilizer and was taken care of by a woman who proceeded to tell me i needed it to go on my wrist also. The thing was half way up my arm I expressed concern that it may be hard for me to care for my 2 month old baby with it and they said we'll just see how it goes. I went to the register and again asked the woman who had helped me if she had something smaller she assured me she didn't. I reluctantly bought it and said okay well I will see how it goes taking care of my baby. He woke up and it was nearly impossible with the brace on so I took it off I only needed it for the thumb joint not half my arm! Now I'm told it's not returnable! It was $40 and I have no use for it. I don't know about you but I work hard for every penny and have a new baby. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by Michelle. She went above and beyond to educate on transport wheelchairs and assist with insurance paperwork. She was encouraging and genuinely caring. Michelle is a true asset to her profession! -Cindy
