“Long story short, AWESOME company to do business with. We had planned on a complete roof replacement this April, but we hadn't totally vetted and picked a contractor yet.
As luck would have it, our neighbor next door had decided to do the same thing, but we had no idea who they contracted with until Precision Trades and Services (PT&S) arrived. We were able to watch PT&S remove and replace their roof. We were extremely impressed by their attention to detail, materials used, quality control and that both the owner, Jon, and project manager, Mario, were routinely on site.
So, we met with Mario who did a thorough inspection of our roof and subsequently provided us with an estimate which we found to be spot-on fair and reasonable. BTW, PT&S is a certified contractor for Owens Corning. We hired PT&S a day later.
Our new roof looks wonderful, and we've had many compliments from our neighbors. Jon and Mario are truly dedicated to their customers, and we felt they are as honest as the day is long -- the most valuable quality when looking for a contractor. Communication with Jon and Mario before and after our job was quick and responsive.
We almost wish we could find a fault to balance out our review, but there isn't any. They are very deserved of our 5-star rating, and we highly recommend them for your roofing needs.”
