1 person at counter 19 ppl in line is absolutely crazy

The check out line was astronomical. The time we spent in line was approximately 45 minutes. There were only 2 cashier s working to accommodate the huge crowd of customers waiting in line. It was a nightmare waiting. Then, nearly half way through the line, they bring out 2 additional cashiers. Kind of late for that since most people had been waiting almost an hour. I will definitely not be doing that next Christmas.

The store is ALWAYS a disaster! You have to step over stuff, move things to get around & forget finding anything on the racks! It’s such a mess. I’d rather not even look than have to deal with the disaster it is. They desperately need people to clean up & organize throughout the day.

Waited in line far too long on a busy Friday because they only had 2 cashier's for the whole store! Well run stores will call people up for surges, but not this store.
Noticed multiple negative reviews going back months for the same issue, never coming back as ownership is clueless or doesn't care.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was shopping with my elderly grandmother. Whom had spent over $200 in merchandise. For the lady to tell us we weren’t able to take their cart two feet to bring the merchandise to the car. I understand policy, but two others had done the same thing prior with less merchandise.
It just rubbed me the wrong way, and then upon asking for help, she told us to “figure it out.”
