If I could give less than 1 I would. The member portal does not work, so you have to call customer service for a list of providers. I cannot believe it's this difficult to find a provider. I would avoid even considering this company when searching for insurance. It's been a nightmare since I signed.

The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. Trying to get a ride home from transportation is awful. I was on hold 40 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be keeping this insurance next enrollment. Do better!!!
