It's a bank that doesn't count change for a deposit. It was a small amount of pennies. Sent to Publix which took 10%. Seems like a basic feature of a bank.

Brought account connectivity problem to personal banker Allison and she gave me instructions on what I needed to do verses "fixing our problem(s)". Told her we have tried all her suggestions but she was unwilling to assist me in connecting our accounts. Not sure what her job may be but I feel she failed me and my spouse in providing any assistance. Told her I was considering moving my $ and with a snotty tone she immediately responded with" I can help you close your accounts" Zero help for my acct problem(s) but she will rush to close my accounts. Merry Christmas!!!!!

Extremely disappointed. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby to even be acknowledged and ended up walking out 10 minutes after that when I still had not been assisted. I called the next day to see if I could schedule an appointment to speak with a personal banker but have yet to be able to get a representative because they are too busy. It would at the least be nice if I was given the opportunity to wait for a representative before I get hung up on by an automated system...for the 8th time. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and again, very disappointed with the lack of professionalism provided. All employees there should be ashamed of themselves for the lack in customer service which they provide.

Changing my rating . Went through the drive-thru and was there first but got service last after the two cars that came after me. Now, had I gone inside those two people would not have cut the line and been serviced before me..right? But the African-American chick who was doing the drive-thru decided that I should be last, even though I arrived first??? I am very pissed and not happy with this Branch anymore. It used to be a five star but when you do crap like this you become a 1-star! Handle your tellers in the drive thru. I'm a damn good customer and have been for years never have I had a bounced check and I am always depositing money in this bank and this is how I get treated, by the way I'm African-American too? Just an ridiculous situation that didn't have to happen thank you, but no thank you won't be back to this Branch anymore! There are way more choices in my area. This even has me considering going to another bank.

They have money and will even let you borrow some, for a price.
