Called all other banks in the area chase is the only one that charges ppl to cash checks drawn off them which is insane but now I see why after speaking to some lady that claimed to be a manager but wanted to lie right to my face and catch an attitude which funny part of it is when I was walking in I passed a guy saying he use to smoke Crack with her and that's y she has such a nasty attitude from years of ripping ppl off and hitting the pipe to hard

Teller says "10.00 fee" to cash a 75.00 Chase check with a smirk on her face. I ask for a manager and get Corry Stevenson. He addressed me in a way less than professional manner. 13% Junk Fee to get My money from this bank is beyond belief. Chase Me outta this bank for sure!

Came in, was approached and able to set up my business log in information. Typically you do need an appointment, i found out. But a lot of people make appointments and show up 15-60 min late, then get upset when they're seeing someone else who walked in. It happened while I was there. Just be on time for your appointments and you shouldn't have an issue. Corey was really on his game and pleasant to work with.

The bank was not busy today as always the cashiers were kind and attentive. Parking was easy as well.

Update: The reservation was booked incorrectly in the branch; Miguel was off work on the day originally selected therefore the reservation was cancelled. We did receive a call-back from Miguel the following week, which was admirable.I scheduled an appointment to bring my partner in to open account 7-days in advance. 2 days before the meeting, we received an email the meeting was cancelled. We never could reach Miguel to reschedule or determine why the appointment was cancelled. I am so disappointed in this branch and at Chase for this lack of customer service.

Robbed by ATM. Over this past weekend I put money into the ATM. It deposited all except $50. I unbent the $50 and tried to deposit it again, since my other money had no problem depositing. Unfortunately the ATM took my money and didn't put it into my account. I called the number mightily multiple times over the weekend and got hung up on. So I went into the office this morning and got told I couldn't get help. This is unprofessional and I want my money back or I'll be contacting the BBB. Your ATM owes me $50. This is theft!!!!

My mother pasted last week. I'm in the middle of making funeral arrangements, paying for cremations n flowers services. only to find out that Chase bank closed out my account and my credit cards and reported I was dead. 3 people yesterday said they can't help ..go to a branch. (At closing btw). IWait until Saturday ,opening at 9, arrive at an open branch , 2 forms of picture ID , debit card and 2 cc and check book. Nope I'm still fuxin dead. No help.. told sorry for your luck. And mysteriously there are three Chase banks that are temporarily closed due to an emergency (so the sign on the door says). The excuse at the bank was" we just had a hurricane". Duh!! I just weathered it..Which is a convenient excuse for whatever. Not to mention it is not my problem my problem is they screwed up and won't unscrew they're screw up.... Side note: we were not a hard hit area we didn't even lose power.

I’ve tried with this chase Bank multiple times and they have dropped the ball every time. It’s worth the drive to go over to the the one on Palm Bay Road.

Corey - the business banker - is the best part about this bank and deserves over 5 stars alone. I can't say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you're taken care of, communicates with you on multiple platforms to ensure you're getting all of the information you need, and you can tell he's dedicated to his job and customers. The bank is always busy and he never makes you feel rushed or that your needs aren't as important. He was very patient and diligent about problems we faced with our business account. I urge anyone who is happy with Chase to go to this branch and use him as a banker.With that said, Chase as a company is horrible. We established a business account there and it was problem after problem. We tried to be patient but after a month it wound up being that they were withholding our money, froze our entire account (to where we couldn't even make deposits or pay expenses), among other things. Towards the end, they admitted that they have a depository clause in which they can deem your money not being able to go to you OR returned to the sender, and they keep it in their own account. Not sure how that's legal. Apparently these problems have been happening for awhile with small business accounts that are new there. They caused a multitude of issues with my business accounting which is unfortunate because we had always enjoyed them for personal banking. We have subsequently cancelled all accounts but this institution is legally fraudulent and I am shocked that they can do this to their small business owners.The only reason I'm giving this a 3 star review is for Corey who deserves recognition on every platform and I hope the corporate office sees this to understand how valuable he is. Other than that, I advise against using Chase whatsoever and would give them 1 star.
