My experience is that this branch discriminates based on how much money you have deposited. If they fire Shayna, who needs to take a customer relations class in treating people equally, then Id raise the star value. Be prepared for Shayna to blow you off if you dont have big bucks deposited. This rep did not want to be bothered to help, and acted like she was doing me a favor just talking to me. She treated me like she had better things to do, and refused to get the answers I needed to conduct my financial concerns. I bet if I were a "Private Client" then she would have made the time. Chase, No matter who the customer is you should treat them equally, and not refuse to take the time to help them. I had enough of her bad attitude and stormed out going to another branch where I received excellent service. Forget customer service if your not a Private Client at this branch. They discriminate based on the size of your bank account. Chase, Shayna needs to go. Ive Zero problems taking my money elsewhere.

Waited in the lobby when they completely slow they have 3 clerks 2 are busy one is just walking around talking bs I came in to close and open a account but had to wait nearly 1 hour just to get attended she completely by passed me and took a person that had just walked in while I've been sitting there. I give them zero stars very rude workers all of this is on they camera for they evidence.

This is my bank for all my accounts! They take good care of their clients here and are very quick to help solve any problems with fraudulent charges, usually within a matter of a very short time! It's a bank that doesn't count change for a deposit. It was a small amount of pennies. Sent to Publix which took 10%. Seems like a basic feature of a bank.
