“I LOVE that I can still get 100% cottonwomen's t-shirts here. Currently I bought St. Johns Bay, plus size women's, v-neck t-shirts, 100% cotton, medium weight sturdy fabric, doorbuster sale for $6.99. No cheapo see through slub fabric here. These shirts typically last forever!! I got one in every color available, except no purple ones left in my size :{. I also scored a few Liz Claiborne tops at 70% off. Sadly they don't have women's New Balance shoes in the store any more.”

“All right, this is not Nordstrom. And if you want that sort of customer service experience go there (to Nordstrom), or go across the street to the expensive stores at the mall. You're buying a $50-$100 outfit for $10. And a discount experience is a discount experience. If that's the expectation from the outset, then it's a lot easier to be satisfied when you walk out the door.As far as people being upset about them not paying a lot for the clothes, you just have to figure that they have to make money to keep the store running. So if the clothes you're selling end up going on sale for half off, they still need to make a little money. And you're there in the first place to buy clothes cheap. it does suck, and we pay so much for those clothes in the beginning when they're brand new, but at least we get enough to buy a little something which is more we would've done if we donated them.Personally, I've only had good experiences here. But I know that customer service has tanked everywhere. Unfortunately, it's a sign of our times, and the result of not being around humans during those dark times a few years ago. So come shop here, get your clothes at an incredible price. Smile at the people at the cash register & make their day, and go home knowing you've gotten a great deal. Because let's face it, unless you go on craigslist, you're not going to find these prices anywhere.”
