Beyond TERRIBLE. I visited with my legally blind, 96.5 year old friend of 30+ years on Wednesday, 13 December 2023. We waited until Christine finished a client. We sat in two of the filthiest sitting chairs I ever have seen in a business waiting area: dirty, stained seats, dusty arm rests and chair legs. Christine was manic during the 90 minutes she provided my friend service for a color, wash and cut. She spoke far too quickly with a heavily-accented Asian accent for us to understand. When the color effort was finished my friend was relocated to another sitting area in the back of the facility. While she sat there, I inspected the facility. There were mounds of unwashed laundry stacked and hidden behind screens. There was dirt, dust, cut hair all over the floor and furniture. Christine took another client while my friend continued to wait. She fussed and preened with him for so long that she extended our visit by more than 30 minutes. When she asked my friend to relocate, it was to the same chair where the man had sat and, during his haircut, coughed, sneezed and placed his hands and arms on and over the chair. I told Christine that the chair was not sanitary and that she must sanitize it before my friend would relocate there. She old me, "Covid no longer," which I assumed her to to mean that Covid "is over." SO VERY WRONG!I have written a letter describing what is written here and more to the Florida State and Brevard County Health Departments. This business should be closed. Conditions inside the facility are a threat to the safety and health of anyone who enters.

Hot, smelly and humid inside! Why don’t they turn on the air conditioner?! They used cheap products that burnt my hair! Christine is old & tired and should retire ASAP! She is so Greedy, charges a lot but doesn’t deliver! I do NOT recommend this salon!

My wife enjoys getting her hair done here while we winter over December thru April. The hairstylist named "Too" does a really great job at a very reasonable price. We Highly Recommend!

Christine is the best. I tried out several places looking for a good pedicure after recently moving to the area. I found my spot! Not only was the pedicure wonderful, Christine herself is a sweetheart. Thank you!

I just moved to the area, needed a haircut, and found Christine's while driving by. Walked in (walk ins welcome) and was greeted by Too. 10 minutes later, I'm in Too's chair getting an amazing hair cut. When you can find a hair place that is fast, friendly, reasonably priced AND gives you a great hair cut, you stick with it. Christines is my new hair place!

I really dislike giving negative reviews against small businesses but unfortunately I am warranted with how bad of a haircut I received. I immediately had to go to another salon and they acknowledged how bad it was and tried to fix it. I don’t believe it was the main stylist, so I can’t speak for her work, but you can’t have someone that can’t cut a simple male haircut claiming there a hair professional.

HORRIBLE, LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I PAID FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE CUT AND LEFT WITH A DIRTY HAIR BECAUSE “she didn't have time to wash it because her next customer arrived†I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAITED JUST LIKE THE NEXT ONE.. and then she has the nerve to tell me if i want it washed i have to wait till she's done with her next customer. They don't follow instructions and criticize what you request. She cut too much hair. By far it's the worst place I've been in my life. If there's anything lower than one star that's what i would rate them. TERRIBLE!

Christine spent most of my haircut talking in a foreign language on her blue tooth device. This was unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. It made the experience disconcerting. As the owner of the business, she should know better.
