Walk in, man at desk does not want to help me. Tried to get others to help me, no one wants to help me. I needed a connector for 40 amp wires. He did not even try to get me anything, Said he didn't know what I was talking about, and scoffed at me. I walked out. Got two large, heavy duty wire nuts at a competitors business who was very kind and helpful. My ac is running again. Will not go again, clearly.

The staff of the Melbourne store are great they're very helpful Rockledge and Palm Bay however whole nother animal never had good service there the staff is not very knowledgeable and seem lost I have to double in trouble check my order always to find multiple mistakes.

Unlike some other supply houses when they realized they did not have or carry the old Square D Main breaker I needed to replace, they offered to Call and search their suppliers for one. They found one and had it there in a day. Saving me time, money, and a ton of work. Thank you John. It was a pleasure to be treated with respect and have someone take my little problem seriously.
