Ashley Mrozek made it her personal mission to help me get a nav update. She chased down the techs, wasnt deterred when the first try wasnt successful. She stayed in communication over many days and the second try worked! She is an upbeat, tenacious, positive person; what an asset to the dealership!

I was referred to Coastal Hyundai since I was looking for a 3rd row SUV and the Palisade was one I was considering. I was connected with John L and I feel like he went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. My availability was limited and the one day I was able to go to the dealership happened to be the one day he took off. He ended up meeting me at the dealership on his day off and then connected me with Diego, who was also off, to finalize my purchase. They both explained the ins and outs of the Palisade in great detail and were able to get me the deal I wanted based on my price point. I highly recommend this dealership, even more so if you get to work with John or Diego.

I really like my new Kona. The safety and convenience features of the vehicle are awesome for the price. My only complaint is that I should have received refunds for maintenance and warranty policies I purchased on the Sonata that I traded in. I was told that I would get them back, but the finance department said they “rolled the refunds into the new car”. I don’t think that’s true; how would they know how much they were for? Not getting that money back turned my whole buying experience sour.

Bradley in parts was amazing. Thanks for all your help. If you need help in the parts department he’s very knowledgeable.

Worked with Frank, very patient and upfront with his sales. Definitely will work with him again when the time comes. For months I was looking for a truck, and couldn’t find the right one. Time came to trade in my palisade for a newer one, and without a doubt returned to him. Got the job done.Had an issue with SCCU later on post sale, came back to coastal Hyundai for help. They reviewed everything and assisted in getting it worked out. By the end of the day all issues were cleared up.

Really bad experience with the Service Department. My parents in law have a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and they normally go to get their oil change. On July, they took their vehicle in for service as the A/C wasn't working (that was the only issue they came in for). They got charged a total of $2,068.21 for a list of maintenance performed (oil change, front and rear brake pads replace, machined rotors, transmission service, drive belts, fuel & throttle service) but the problem with the A/C was not fix. My parents in law are both retired and on a fix income. This Dealer/Service Department took advantage by convincing them that all that service were required maintenance that was needed and necessary. When I called the service advisor/Wilfredo Rivera, he told me the same thing, all that maintenance performed was needed and necessary. Their car has only 84K miles and if we go by the maintenance book from the factory, most of those charges are not necessary. Their is a big difference between Recommended maintenance vs Required/necessary maintenance (their car was fine, there were not issues with the brake rotors, transmission, or engine performance... again, my parents in law are both retired and they car has very light use). The car was back at the dealer because of the A/C problem that was still broken. To fix the A/C, they needed to replace the Evaporator, and got charged another $1,770.00 At the end, the total charges came to $3,838.21 my wife and I had to help them with half of all those changes because they just don't have the money. I feel this Dealer/Service Department takes advantage of customers that don't have knowledge of what is the difference between recommended maintenance vs necessary/required maintenance.

The buying process of the vehicle was great. They worked with me for the price and items I wanted with my vehicle. But I do not suggest going there for service. Went twice to have my new cars wheels aligned. Less than 100 miles at the time and it still pulls right. Had an appointment for an oil change. Took an hour before my car was on the lift and another hour before it was finished. So all in all, service isn't great from my experience. But the buy. Went as well as expected!

We were given exceptional service when we were at the coastal Hyundai dealership. In particular, a gentleman named David he helped us. The moment we came in was very friendly. And exceptionally nice, thank you for having people like that on your staff. Thank you for having him on your staff.

Willy Rivera from the service department is an absolute LIFE SAVER. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. He had the mechanics check everything. He even got me a rental car for several days. He stayed in touch with me during the whole process. I knew I was in great hands. Someone give this man a raise. Thank u. Willy ❤️

First of all, MY CAR HAS ROACHES! And an issue w/the drivability. When I called about that, I was told that they would look at it, so OK cool. I’m pretty bummed I’m even having to write the rest of this bc I was a loyal customer for a roughly 10 years, however, my most recent experience was despicable at best. I was pushed off to a sales person I’ve never met. OK fine. I told the sales person I have a very strict budget as I’m a single mother with 3 teenagers. Also told him that I’m in no hurry to trade in my car so if we can’t make my budget work, I’m good. After we played the back-and-forth game that they play, we agreed on a monthly payment to include my vehicle and the gap coverage. Now here’s where things got messy & they found their opportunity to screw me over. My mother is my cosigner and she was not able to get to the dealership. So they offered To bring the paperwork to her house to get her signatures, told her the same payment that I had verbally agreed to but had the paperwork with sticky arrow notes pointing to the signature lines and once you sign, they rip the paper away so that you don’t see it, so, of course, my mother assumed my payment was correct. Well once I get my first bill my payment is $20 higher than what I agreed to & my title paperwork is messed up. When I called to get this rectified of course no one takes any accountability at all. It was nothing but excuses and “there’s nothing I can do for you” so now I’m stuck with a vehicle that I literally can’t afford. They’ve set me up for repossession. The lack of care for their customer & my well-being is sad. They got their commission and that’s what they wanted and that’s all that mattered. And with the error in the title paperwork my car now has to be registered in February when it’s not supposed to be until May. I have to physically take off my May 2024 sticker and replace it with a February 2024 sticker. They mixed me and my mothers place up, which is crazy because it was a simple tag transfer. Nothing should have changed. It’s just very disheartening that they were more worried about how they can stick stuff on to increase how much they’re going to take home on their paychecks instead of the fact that I’m now stuck with a payment I can’t afford for 75 months. Never again. I will never buy here again.

Mr. Tony G. Was absolutely amazing, he was very attentive. Listen to me, wrote everything down so the mechanic knew exactly what the car needed. He communicated with me throughout the process the service was done, flawlessly, and ahead of schedule. It’s an extremely clean and comfortable waiting room. Very nice staff I bought my car here in Orlando and was treated extremely horrible by their service and customer service agents. I’ll never go back I am this dealership they treated me like a human being and that means a lot to me. Mr. Tony was knowledgeable. Definitely took time with me explained everything to me absolutely amazing experience.! Thank you, Justin H.??

I will never buy a car from here again.. my 2022 Kona keeps stalling out on my while I am driving. And they can't find anything wrong with it. I have taken it in 3 times now and they have had for a week at a time. This car is in safe. Don't buy this car!

Our experience was excellent, Andre Chesse and Lauren, made this experience very smooth and provided us with great attention answering all our questions, helping us with the vehicle we chose, a 2024 Tucson, which we are in love with the vehicle. They also took the time to explain in detail, how to operate and use all the features on this vehicle. Including helping us with the access of the hyundai app.

Our 2022 Hyundai Elantra Limited Hybrid is having a transmission problem. We bought a brand new car with what we thought was an excellent warranty. We thought we wouldn't have to worry about problems because if the car has a warranty repair, we are supposed to be provided with a loaner. Coastal doesn't have any loaners, so we were told we can get one from Thrifty rental car. We need to have the car towed, but we also need a car to get to and from work. We both work past 5:00 pm, but Thrifty apparently closes at 4:30 pm. I've never heard of a rental car company closing that early. Coastal Hyundai does not care at all about their customers. I will never purchase another Hyundai and I have had Hyundais for over 20 years. This place is just awful and Hyundai will only tow the vehicle to the closest dealership. I had called another dealership which has loaners, but we can't go there since Hyundai won't tow the vehicle there. The "advisors" at Coastal are horrible, at least the one assigned to me is horrible. This place also tried adding to the price of the vehicle when we purchased it and luckily there was an ad with the vehicle price on it, so they had to remove the additional dollars they tried to add. I would recommend against going to Coastal Hyundai to purchase a vehicle and I would recommend against taking it there for any service as it takes several hours just to get a simple oil change.

Deceived by the positive reviews. Took my Hyndai in for an oil change and recall updates that I had scheduled with them. After waiting 4 hours in the waiting room (more on that) and I was leaving I noticed the service light was still on in my car and then noticed the sticker in the upper left had not been updated. I contacted the service department who, after some time, admitted that they didn't do it. They informed me that I could come back tomorrow but I couldn't. They then said they were booked the rest of the week. I HAVE TO COME BACK ON THEIR TIME because they made an error! The Waiting Room. I was asked if I wanted a ride after finding out how long it was going to take (3 hours) and I agreed. Then I was informed that it was only for people within 5 miles, I was at 6 but they said it was okay and told me to wait. After 45 minutes, I asked about my ride, they said the drive wasn't around and told me to wait. Asked again later and they told me it should be done shortly (I'm at 1.5 hours). FOUR HOURS LATER, my car was done BUT NOT DONE as noted above. You have one job and you cannot do it.
