Why is it that this dealer will not honor the extended warranty they sell to their buyers? They sell a product but when they are bought out by another car dealership they suddenly throw their previous commitments out the window and defraud the consumer.Very poor customer service.

I strongly believe in customer service. I don't agree with a company that allows foul language in the office where customers are present, it shouldn'tbeallowedat all. Dropping the F-bomb on the service floor is just unacceptable! The service department had the vehicle for 4 days and did half of what I asked. When asked why I am given to excuse of I don't know where the person responsible was at the time. That's just unfortunate for a major dealership to treat the customer's time in such a cavalier manner. Costal is a huge auto lot and need to be held to higher standards, after all we pay top dollar for our automobiles maintenance services. Just be careful with coastal Hyundai/Genesis when you raise questions about the service they respond with you signed and that's it. So don't sign until you're sure about what you're paying and what they are looking into. It's really sad how customers are treated at this company. They can do so much better for what we pay. I could call out the individual but if there is one there are many other people treating customers poorly.

SHADY. Had a family member purchase a car, do all the paperwork, trade in their car, sign the contract, take pictures with the dealer, celebrate, shake hands, and go home with a new car. In the morning, the dealership called demanding more money, and advised the deal was off. We were required to return the vehicle. The dealership went through this entire FAKE production about being approved, no problems, banks happy, cars sold, when in reality there was NEVER a decision even made that day, they allowed the customer to leave on HOPES that the bank they ran through would approve the deal. How this is okay to them, and how they could absolutely crush someone like that after such a long drawn-out lie is beyond disgusting. This dealership and the shady dealer lives RITE UP to the reputation of SLIMY CAR DEALERS. RUN!!!!!!!!

We turned in a leased vehicle and bought it, which turned out to be selling our car to Coastal and then buying it back. The staff were good about explaining all the details throughout the process.

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car! They made it completely hassle free, went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the absolute best deal they could possibly give me! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone ever looking to buy a new or used vehicle! I will also continue to use them for any and all maintenance my new car will ever need. They’re honest and have their customers best interest in mind.

Tony was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us and with all the technology. He was very easy going and didn’t make you feel pressured or show you cars he knew you were going to be able to purchase. He was very professional and very nice to speak with. I had an awesome experience at Coastal Hyundai. Angelo was great, no push no shove, he’s a car guy like myself and we share roots. Everyone made every move as smooth and painless as possible. You hear dealer horror stories all the time. Not here. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market for a new or used quality vehicle.

Offered 17.5K for my trade in. Asked for and got 18K. Looking for a specific vehicle and although not on the lot they looked for one and found it within a half hour. Stressed that a test drive a similar vehicle just to make sure I'd be happy with my purchase. Salesman, General Manager, and Finance very professional. Second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. So far, two for two.

Amanda was very considerate of my time and the cost of the service required for my vehicle. When it became obvious that my car would not be ready before I had to leave for work she arranged a rental vehicle for me. She explained that it was more cost effective to get all the work completed for the 120K mileage maintenance at one time to save on labor costs. And my problem with the headlights was resolved as well. I can see much better at night thanks to the hard work by the mechanic, John Dechert.
