Moved with ease!! Definitely recommend. Accomplished in a day. Supports Military Vets. The movers were great...never forget trying to get the elk out my apt door!! And it happened!! I do appreciate the care you guys took with our Household goods. -JB

The two guys we had from the Melbourne location were WONDERFUL. Let us know that we were indeed SCREWED OVER by the two other crews we had & gave us tons of advice to help us get our stuff back and our moneys worth of the items we lost. If it wasn’t for them, we’d be totally screwed.Coleman was a whole, is absolute trash.

Company cancelled my delivery due to elevator being broken. While it was a relatively lightweight shipment at about 2500 lbs, with mostly easy to carry boxes, the 4th floor was too high for them to actually do their job and deliver the shipment. I do not recommend Coleman American Moving Services.

The movers themselves were quick and efficient and the main reason I'm giving this 3 stars. My belongings were delayed and only once I reached out did I find out that this was the case. My move coordinator would take days to respond even if I replied within minutes. Overall not really impressed and likely will not be using again. For what it is worth however all of my belongings arrived with minimal damage.

They started well, and told me that packing would take fewer than five days. The crew left early the first two days... but things went downhill from there. The easy pace and organiation of the first two days gave way to chaos. Stuff got packed that I designated as not going, the third day was long, the fourth was longer, and the last day didn't start until 4:30PM... which meant I had to find an agent so I could catch my flight.Some of the crew were amazing. Others were lazy and careless. Some boxes were stacked to precariously that they fell from the truck. The guy who let it happen said that I could file a claim if the things in the box were broken.Overall, a lot went wrong and nothing went smoothly. I am not impressed. It was not easy trying to find out where people were going to be when and I felt like the process was not really under my control.

Packers were courteous but mispacked 4 large boxes full of antique picture frames. As a result the arrived glass shattered and needlessly broken. Company did not listen to my original request for more bodies, otherwise the packing may have been performed in less time and with less mistakes. Avoid Coleman.

The gentleman that packed my goods were very quick and on time. However, they complained about moving my goods from the storage unit the entire time. That’s their job and packing should be expected.

For a $25k+ (including maximum protection) move you would've thought I would have had great service and coverage. Boy, was I wrong! Let me begin by informing you that this is our third move in 12 years and this move by far has been the worst. Todd Trotter was our relocation consultant and he reassured me that we could move on a weekend with no issues (for additional $). He explained that Jessica Smith would be our relocation coordinator and I could contact her for any issues. Coleman/Allied promised a smooth move from Florida to North Carolina. First only 3 people came to pack our 3200 sq ft home, which in my experience was too few. I noticed that by afternoon they were not even half way done and I expressed concern to Todd & Jessica. No one else showed. Later that day I noticed extremely large boxes in my home which had 2-3 televisions in them. We had 7 televisions to be moved by the company and only the 75inch was to be packed by third party. I once again called Todd & Jessica to address my concern. The next day, loading day, several other packers came to finish packing and had to repack at least 6 large boxes in which included but not limited to televisions, art work, etc to prevent damage. Mind you, this was done because we noticed what the packers did the previous day. Hard to believe that you pay for professional services but have to hover over them and have them redo their work to protect your valuable as they apparently were not packed properly. So the loading happened that day into late that night. We drove to NC that next day and was told the driver would come 2 days after.The truck finally arrived on the afternoon of the day was planned but only had the driver to help unpack truck, no other workers showed up. I attempted to call Jessica got voicemail. He proceeded to place items in our garage, including our sleep by number bed on the concrete floor. He worked for several hours but needed to leave. He informed us the crew was to come early in the morning so he decided to unlatch the truck and place key under wheel. I attempted to call our coordinator again, Jessica and she did not answer her phone. Later found out she did not work weekends. We were appalled as almost everything we owned was in the truck, and anyone could could steal the items. We decided for the safety of our household items that my husband would stay and sleep at the house in a sleeping bag while we slept in the apartment. The other crew arrived early that morning so luckily my husband was there. We had 5 movers work that day, rain was expected and did occurred. The crew was trying to get everything in before the expected rain but it did not happen. Several things were broken including but not limited to; our Corian dining table, king sleep by number bed, a television, nightstand, and damage to our new home (floor and walls). Regarding our king sleep by number bed, we paid an extra $400 for delivery and the movers did not appear to have any knowledge of the bed and the special handling that it needed. I contacted the adjustor after filing the claim and she explained that I needed to contact sleep by number to get them to diagnose the problem. After I called them, she then stated she will call them. She called me back and stated that the person said that the problem could've happened anytime and, since we had no physical damage, it was not going to be covered. I explained to her we had physical damage, the cover of the motor was ripped off. She insisted that I get sleep by number to write up what was needed to fix problem. This process was extremely long and frustrating especially since we paid extra for the delivery of the bed.Finally, 2 months later they approved the replacement of the base of the bed and motor due to mishandling. They had a furniture repair guy come to fix our table.The leaf which with a Corian stone top became separated from the wood. So he took it to his shop and when he came to reinstall the leaf it was not aligned so it had gaps and not a smooth surface. He had stated he would not be able to remove the

I have moved multiple times through my life and this was by far the best experience. Starting with the communication with Coleman and the driver to the packers and the quality of the personnel across the board. Many thanks to a very good experience during a state to state move.

Crew was punctual, efficient, friendly and experienced. Not a single item broken or missing. Honestly the best moving experience I’ve ever had, from start to finish!
