Cosmo Prof isn't even worth one star. They are never fully stocked. I often have to make multiple trips. They don't have bags and now to top it off they don't print a receipt. Total woke company.

I shop here, I would say 2-5 a month… and the two ladies I have seen frequently working here are just really lame in their energy and customer service… they leave a lot to be desired as far as building rapport. Or maybe it’s me, but as far as bubbly, cheerful, happy to help attitudes go, you won’t find them here.

I recently used this company for both a delivery and a pick up order. Both went very well. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and taken care of quickly. Very happy with their service and would recommend!

Wow ….I have been here numerous years and the saleswoman Amanda helped me with all my question and was more knowledgeable than any other time I have been shopping here. I usually come home with stuff that’s not suitable for my hair. She was beyond helpful! Thank you.
