I recently visited Crumbl Cookie and was utterly disappointed with my experience. The cookies I received were a complete disaster. Not only was the dough raw in the center, but the chocolate chips seemed to have been melted and old, imparting a stale taste to the entire cookie. It felt like biting into a regretful mistake rather than a delightful treat. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this place altogether.
