Went to pick up medication at 9:10 am, pharmacy opens @ 9am. Fully closed as pharmacist was stuck in traffic. When asked if there was any chance pharmacy would open by 10am the front end staff was so nonchalant and like, maybe, maybe not. (Meanwhile, I’m getting texts in the store to go pick up my meds) This is medication!!! Can’t get it anywhere else. This is EXTREMELY upsetting and unacceptable. Do better and get more compassionate staff.

Well it’s never ending issues with this CVS I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens CVS did not send one of my blood pressure medications from three months ago now the assistant at the register should be fired I complained about her on my previous post customers beware I don’t know how but they deleted my previous post stay away and they keep calling me trying to apologize stop calling me

Very convenient to get our Covid, Flu, and Shingles VAXes in one stop, plus a set of passport photos. Quick and easy. Pleasant people working at CVS here.

1 person running the store. Self checkout always jams and wastes time. I watched 2 people in front of me get fed up and walk out with the items honestly they had the right idea i should have done the same. Keep walking out with stuff and speed up this place closing. prices are overpriced robbery. Close this store its trash.

CVS store at 192 and Babcock in Melbourne Florida is outstanding great customer service and very professional fun staff. I always go to that store whenever possibly. Great coupon discounts make sure you are on the email list and we save a ton of money shopping there so much more than we do at Walgreens for example.

The cutting back of pharmacy hours is terrible. Extremely inconvenient. When the pharmacy closes at 7pm and you have have a bit of a drive to make that makes things very hard. I have personally written CVS HQ, but there is a new behavior to just not respond.

The Lady Claudia (- something) with the dark long beautiful curls, really helped me, she was a sweet heart. I love that you are open until Midnight. Thank you again, I will be back. I love CVS. I just wish your Monsters & the monster- rehabs & Monster- recovery were cheaper. I still bought them.

The pharmacy staff is always overwhelmingly busy, yet they seem to always greet me quickly with a smile. I have witnessed the staff patiently try to help an unhappy and difficult customer while remaining professional and kind. I love MY CVS!!!
