Extremely upset with the disrespectful and unprofessional employees at this location!!! I can’t say all of them but definitely most! I will say the only person I have dealt with (midday to late night) that is amazing and should probably be running the store is Claudette! She is the only one in the store that no matter what’s going on or how upset she is, she is always very professional and very kind to EVERYONE!! Which is the ONLY reason I didn’t give 1 star and I feel bad for her because if it was just based off of her I would give 5+ stars! A lot of the employees at this location like to only be nice to certain people!!! Which is NOT professional in any way!!! I also noticed that only the women at this store seem to work! The men/boys that work here don’t do anything really but walk around hitting on women!! Which is unacceptable and should NEVER be tolerated!! I don’t know who the store manager is at this location but they obviously don’t hire/promote employees based off of skill, experience or professionalism! Normally it’s only the pharmacy everyone is complaining about at the CVS stores but this one definitely needs to rethink their employees in the front as well!! You should never put rude employees who harass women in the front! Also anyone that plays favorites with employees or when promoting/hiring employees should definitely not be running a store!!! Which definitely has to be the case because there is NO way these people were promoted off of their work! If CVSWould like to know which employees I’m talking about they can email me!

They denied me a Covid booster saying my insurance didn’t cover it but are listed on the CDC website as participating in the ‘Bridge access program’. I should have received my vaccine for free! So the staff is either very incompetent or felt like being jerks to a disabled lady. Or CVS are lying to the Government.

Slowest pharmacy ever. I waited inside for 15 minutes no one said anything to me. Continued to take a he cars in the drive through. I literally had to leave the store to go into the drive through to get my prescription.

When I had a pretty bad insurance, I always help me out to the best of my abilities. Type one in saying dependent diabetic. I always Spanish to get my orders in on time before issues.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only are they super slow but have horrible customer service. First I went into the store to pick up my prescription which they said would take 10 minutes. After sitting for 20 they told me it would be another 30 minutes before my prescription was ready so I left. I came back and got in line for the drive thru. I got there 15 minutes before closing with 3 cars in front of me. They took so long with those three cars that I pulled up to the window at 7:02 and they put up a sign saying the drive thru was closed between the car leaving in front of me and me pulling up and tried to say they could not service me saying their systems close down right at 7, I watched them take a cash payment after 7, so clearly they were lying. There were no cars behind me, I was there before the building closed it is not my fault that they do not know how to do their jobs in a timely manner. Will 100% be telling anyone I know to never go to another CVS after this. The lady didn’t even apologize and was extremely rude.

I never leave bad reviews cuz that's a lot of work but the lady who answered the phone for pharmacy at 12:15 today 7/29 was VERY rude. Asked for my name - I told her - she then responded "I can't hear you well I might have to hang up" I spelled my name out for her to help, no big deal. She then said "yes yes I already got it"... so you could hear me you just wanted an excuse to hang up. I continued with the call and ignored the attitude. She said I didn't have a refill and when I was trying to ask details she said "no refills" and hung on me mid sentence. I understand people have bad days but she was sooo rude.

Brian is a savior! He helped me out on a busy Monday morning right when they opened. I had a dental appointment and needed a fast, last minute RX fill and they came through. Debbie is also amazing. She was extremely patient and calm even though they were going through some tech problems. They had a pharmacy full of prescriptions ready to be picked up, the phone ringing off the hook and several people waiting that came in after me. This was all 10 minutes after they opened. Be patient with them cause they really are a great pharmacy. They have been my pharmacy of choice for several years. Thanks again Brian and Debbie.

Today I went to this CVS on New Haven before 1:30! Approximately 1:29 , which means I had 1 whole minute to get my moms prescription filled. Well, as I was walking up looking at Shirley? and Brian, and they looking at me, they Begin to let the doors down. Brian yelled out, we are going to lunch and continued letting the door down!!! We will open at 2?. I walked to the front of the store, and asked the cashier what time she had , and she confirmed 1:29! I then ask for the manager and he gave me two numbers to call. I will file a complaint also with BBB! Customer Abuse!!

this store was once one of the best cvs locations....certainly not any more!!!!they can't seem to keep employees.... either in the pharmacy or the store. no one bothers to answer the phone. today i waited over a hour listening to their ridulous announcements on all their wonderful services before giving up and hanging up. PUBLIX Rx here i come!

Just called corporate about this Cvs. They don’t know how to answer their pharmacy phone in a timely matter, OR even more importantly, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY ORDER MEDICATIONS TO ARRIVE BY A CERTAIN DATE. The store manager I was told, was going to call me by 2/24. She never did…Chrisita is the worst. She claims to be the pharmacy manager and/or pharmacist. She’s awful. Anyway, I’ll be voicing all of my concerns to corporate, once they get back to me in 24/48 hours. I already placed initial phone call to their corporate pharmacy number. Just despicable how this CVS conducts business. Sickening.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. Everyone is helpful and nice. Of course, we humans have bad days so the reviews giving snotty remarks is insane.I’ll drive the extra few minutes to stop at this location.
