Have had repeated issues with pharmacy not filling medications correctly and when it is addressed via call or in person, they usually have an attitude about it and nothing is really done to correct the ongoing issues.

I recommend this pharmacy bcs they try to serve you with respect and care! I get my prescriptions here , usually. Today I had Uber delivery from here and I got everything I needed in great timing. They have a good stock of merchandise and I really needed a heating pad . The heating pad was affordable! Thank you. Five Stars.

Pharmacy customer service here is severely underwhelming and often-time downright rude. I now happily drive out of my way to the Pineda/Wickham location.No complaints with the general staff/cashier interactions I have had when I see them considering the increasing utilization of self-checkout.

The customer service at the pharmacy is beyond rude. The two pharmacy tech Jennifer and Wildly had attitudes. If the feel that their job is such a burden then maybe get a new job. Then for the Pharmacist to take over and belittle someone when asking questions. It should not take over an hour and half to fill a antibiotic when Publix and Walmart do it in third of the time. I also find it really ironic that when asking for their names the Pharmacist had no problem giving up her pharmacy techs names but not her own.

Steer clear of this pharmacy unless you want to be talked down to and completely disrespected.If I could rate my experiences with this pharmacy in the negative I would. If my insurance didn’t dictate that I use CVS I would be running far away and never looking back.Please heed my warning about this pharmacy and save yourself the trouble and heartache they cause you!

The worst pharmacy experience. Dropped prescriptions off at 1:30 and was told they would be ready in two hours. Went back at 6 to be told they aren’t ready and the guy was there alone and the people in line in the store were waiting. Then he hands the phone (drive thru) to someone else (guess he wasn’t alone!) who proceeded to scream at me and tell me the longer I sat there complaining, the longer it would take them to fill! Both were rude and obnoxious. Hire more staff if it takes you 5 hours to fill a simple Rx.

WORST CVS EVER!!! if I could give it zero stars I would. Pharmacist is rude & takes all day to fill a prescription & don't try to call to check if it's ready, nobody answered the phone & after holding for 10 minutes the call goes to a mail box that is full ??

I spoke to a pharmacist about the price of a Freestyle Libre sensor. It’s 10 dollars at Publix. And 36 bucks at cvs . This guy was as RUDE and uncaring as anyone I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. I just started using them because I thought they were good. Any my insurance and copays spend thousands of dollars a year for pharmacy. I just started using this cvs a week ago , and found the RUDEST, Egotistical Jackhole ever. So I’m switching my business to WALGREENS. Thank you for nothing but RUDENESS CVS.

This review is based on my recent experiences w/the pharmacy. This branch needs more pharmacy techs+ workers. I went to drive thru to pick up meds for my son + I, who are sick as a dog w/Covid+ we really are supposed to be quarantining. I had called ahead+ was told everything would be ready by 2:30. We got there close to 3:30+the guy tells me that he is working alone + hasn't gotten to it yet + I need to come back.Hire more people!! Whenever you call the pharmacy, get a darn answering machine where you have to leave a message

This is the worst CVS ever. They never have anything in stock, empty shelves in the medicine aisle always. The employees are rude and not helpful or knowledgeable in the least. OTC Medicines, if there are any in stock, are messy and unorganized and you don’t know what is actually on sale or marked down. This CVS is right by my house, but I would rather drive to one further away to actually find what I’m looking for and get better customer service.

Shelby the shift lead needs some training on her customer care experience. I entered to pickup some snacks and deposit money to Capital One checking account. She was closing the til at 7:45 I asked which register was open and she was very irritated and rudely stated none of them were open as she was closing them. I was taken back and stated I needed to deposit. She said (again with a terrible attitude) "HOW MUCH". I just looked at her and said nevermind. I went to self check out to purchase the snacks and asked her what her name was. It's genuinely astonishing that someone with such a genuinely unpleasant demeanor is able to move up to shift lead. Definitely needs some more training.

I had an issue filling my prescriptions elsewhere when they were needed immediately to be filled. The pharmacist here at this location named Phil really assisted me in filling my prescriptions quickly even though he was really busy and already had a lot to do.
