Dr. Ramez helped me at this pharmacy today. He was great! Very professional and knowledgeable about the medication I was picking up. He seems very dedicated to his job as I have always had a positive experience here!

I went to claim my prescription, when it was stated to be ready, on the CVS app. Being it was Christmas eve, there was no other way of getting my controlled prescription for a hormone.
Yes the prescription was from New York, as am I. The pharmacist has no business requiring controlled prescriptions she fills only be from “the area.” However, this is what “Mag” the pharmacist stated. There isn't a “law” stating such nonspecific restrictions. My Medicare Advantage plan prefers CVS, and I should be able to go to the CVS Pharmacy of my choosing, while I’m here in Florida.

Terrible pharmacy! would give them a zero if I could. They do not answer phone sends to voicemail or call back & if you need to transfer to another pharmacy they ignore the other stores calls. Rude service & the lady barely spoke English & acted like she was confused at a simple request.

I've been using the CVS pharmacy inside the Viera Super Target and my experience has always been a pleasant one. The staff is very attentive and courteous when dealing with them. Thank you!

Well I had the unfortunate experience with dealing with “Deandra”. Absolutely rude and zero customer service. I would not recommend anyone to go to this pharmacy, they lack general basic patient assistance. Big brand CVS won’t care though, avoid this location.

I was ready to switch to a different brand pharmacy until recently, the last month. The new pharmacy manager has been very good - I forget his name. I will give his pharmacy branch a few months and see how it goes.\nHe has had help the last few times I've been there which I believe was the biggest issue for quite a while! I hope the help continues.\nI don't give up easy on people or businesses but you almost lost me.
