Well I had the unfortunate experience with dealing with “Deandra”. Absolutely rude and zero customer service. I would not recommend anyone to go to this pharmacy, they lack general basic patient assistance. Big brand CVS won’t care though, avoid this location.

I was ready to switch to a different brand pharmacy until recently, the last month. The new pharmacy manager has been very good - I forget his name. I will give his pharmacy branch a few months and see how it goes.\nHe has had help the last few times I've been there which I believe was the biggest issue for quite a while! I hope the help continues.\nI don't give up easy on people or businesses but you almost lost me.

The absolute slowest CVS you will ever go to. They will either never pick up the phone or take 2+ hours for 3 people in line. It’s very inconvenient for someone with life saving medications and when there’s a problem with those meds, it’s nearly impossible to transfer them since they are so slow or non responsive

Sick and tired of this CVS! Good riddance! This is the second time I spend an HOUR on hold to speak to someone, only to go straight to the store and wait AGAIN because there is only one person there manning everything. Shame on you CVS for abusing your employees and disrespecting your customers. It was only too easy to transfer my family's prescriptions elsewhere.

Don't recommend going to this pharmacy. Only one person working with a long line who is an incompetent pharmacist Libia who messed up my flu vaccine. After she tried to figure out what the problem was she still wasn't able to operate the computer. If she can't operate computer then how do you know if the prescriptions are accurate. I showed her the text confirmation and email confirming that I registered for a flu vaccine but she said I was not in the system. She didn't know why the computer was wrong but took a walk in person for a flu vaccine even though I had an appointment.

Had a prescription that needed to be filled for my son. Dr never put in our address so I had to go pick that up and bring back to dr to fix. Once I came back with the fixed prescription I was told they couldn’t fill it. She looked at it for a total of 2 seconds not to mention it wa the same lady that I picked the previous one up from. Lots of back and forth to only be denied. She had a very rude attitude and claims to be the manager. Horrible customer service. She is also the same lady that had me and 6 others waiting in line for 1.45 minutes to pick up previously without even acknowledging us. I’m switching over to Publix. I’ve never had so many issues.

One person working, long line, prescription not done and the phone is ringing off the hook. Take care of your people so they stay and not quit! Ridiculous location.

Look, this is a tough one to rate…everyone quit..not a good sign. The folks covering are Amazing and can’t wait to leave..they are doing everything they can to help each customer. They look tired and burnt out—prescriptions taking too long due to staffing concerns.Let’s go, CVS, get your pharmacy staffed!

Impossible to get customer service. I was visiting Florida and had to get a prescription filled there. I'm now back home in NY, and trying to get this prescription transferred to my home (non-CVS) pharmacy. They offer no way to do this online, and trying to get an actual person to talk to is impossible. My pharmacy was on hold for 30 min, but no one would answer the phone. I have now spent the better part of 45 min trying to get a real person, and again no answer. Once you go on hold, you're doomed.

The previous manager was wonderful but had no support. Once she left, the place collapsed. Horrible, rude service on top of having difficulty filling scripts. Today, my wife went to pickup a specialty script (notification from CVS, confirmation via UPS) and was told they didn't have it and we hadn't filled it in more than a year, despite picking it up every month. She was there for about an hour trying to sort things out and, during that time, neither of the employees answered multiple phone calls. Soon after she got home, they called to say they'd found it and we could come back up, lol. Needless to say, we're trying a different store.
