Based on the reviews, D'S Ace Hardware Viera #5 is a great local store with a super nice, friendly, and helpful team. The staff, including associates like Galina and Tore, provide personal and knowledgeable service. One associate looked on her phone to help a customer find the right S Hooks, making it a painless and pleasant experience. Another staff member, Tore, took charge and professionally made car keys in 10-15 minutes, showing patience and a can-do attitude. The store has an excellent selection of YETI products, ranging from backpacks to miniature cups, as well as Green Egg items and amazing lights that a customer looked for a while. Customers love coming into this location because the staff are so friendly, and the tall associate and young cashier were incredibly friendly, taking time to let customers know about an ongoing YETI sale. It offers great customer service and a fantastic shopping experience overall.
Nice clean store. Great selection. Has a little bit of everything. All big brand names, not Chinese knockoffs. Ample parking, easy in and out off stadium parkway.

Surprised to read the post below about the customer being treated poorly for arriving near closing time. I'm happy to report this location handled that aspect of customer service with grace recently.
