I went in to get an ombre with dip powder because my nail place is closed on Mondays and was going out of town that evening and really needed nails done... well let me say it was the worst ombre I've ever gotten.. doesn't even look like ombre...I was so annoyed but didn't say anything just paid my bill and left.. never ever will I go back

Terrible experience. She cut two of my toes. Both bleeding. When I mentioned it she just wiped the blood away. Didn't apologize. I'm worried about infection.

Going to court was burnt on my eye badly got my money back but need more at this point the disrespectful lady keeps hanging up the phone on me getting a lawyer

My nails are awful and short because I work a lot, and every time Kin makes my nails so pretty! She makes them the way I want. That's hard to find. Thank you, Diane's Nails!

Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've ever had in a nails Salon..First of all the salon is dirty and dusty..2nd=The youngest "technician" ISN'T well experienced at doing nails..(Probably the 2 older ones are even worse,no wonder why only One single elder client on a Friday)Plus She uses the cheapest and worst quality products,Therefore that's also why you'll end up with a ugly & dirty nails job that will start chipping & falling apart the same exact day, which has been my experience..3rd=?$$$ Is NOT affordable at all....And like if that wasn't enough, She is extremely rude.She has NO etiquette nor protocol,No manners whatsoever, Non of them have! They'll try to pretend to be nice,but they often criticize and mock,they laugh at their clients while speaking in their own foreign Vietnamese language, they are a bunch of fakes...Safe ur money & safe yourself from a bad experience..There are many much better nails Salons right nearby on the same Wickham road....?You are warned⚠️⚠️⚠️
