Was treated terribly by a "team leader" named Kyle. At my age I have never been spoken to so condescending and rude by a child and he lacks any sense of customer service and very argumentative. I will and did take my business to Academy Sports. Much friendlier and helpful and better prices also!

Loved this location, the service is excellent.
We were looking to purchase a new bike.
Sara was so helpful , Sara has excellent product knowledge and helped us make the right choice for us and got us all set up with the assessories we needed
It was amazing to see the staff interaction supporting each other .

It's a shame you can sit in the shoe department with a shoe in your hands while nodding to an employee that you need them to retrieve your size BUT since you're not the mouth that just walked in, you get to wait again.

Excellent experience with Kyle. He took the time to explain to my son, who bought soccer shoes with his own money, the difference between function of a product and the cosmetic of a product when determining value. His shoes had a defect. Great lesson taught!

We had a great experience at Dick's in Melbourne with a young gentleman who helped us pick out my wife's new kayak. He was very knowledgeable and informative, not only about the kayaks, but great local places to use them and most importantly, where to avoid!

Stopped going here years ago. Crazy schedule. Sales staff apparently hide in the backroom of the store. Don't miss them as I can everything I need (and much more) at better prices at Academy or Bass Pro.

Always has what I need! Best place for anything sports. Bought my fishing gear and bike stuff at this location and haven't been disappointed yet!

Usually I wouldn’t review big box stores like this, but I had to come on here to say Michael was very helpful and kind! We came here to buy a kayak and he was quick to come help and was very informative. He made sure we got the best possible price available and he also knew they had more inventory in the back and we were able to buy the color we were hoping for! We went and shopped around the mall and he had everything ready for us when we came back in and helped us load it on our car. 10/10, excellent customer service. :)

Had an excellent experience today in the fishing section at Dick’s. Their employee Kyle went out of his way to help out beginner fishermen giving us some pro tips on Bass fishing and which baits were best for pond fishing around here. The world needs more Kyles!
