Fabulous customer care in cosmetics at the Elizabeth Arden counter from Este. Found a beautifully embroidered white cotton Free People shirt! Thank heaven for Dillard's!

Falls 40% they claim wrong spot won’t honor it, not my fault it said 40% bad customer service. Should have done it. Don’t believe the tags could be in the “wrong spot” remind you it was clipped to the shoes.

I love this store, when there is a sale, it's a great one. The sales ladies there are very helpful and very polite. I love when you are in the dressing room there is a buzzer to press for assistance. I got a beautiful dress and when my sales lady came, she even came back with a dress that she thought would look great on me. It did, but it was the last one and a little too big. I thought about it when l got home and ordered it in my size. I was very appreciative of her service and keen eye for my fashion taste. Excellent shopping experience.

Very clean and inviting shopping experience. The sales people are friendly and not too eager, they do a great job here for shoppers. The store is beautiful and gives many inspirations and positive ideas for wardrobe selections. A favorite stop because the items are "top shelf". You won't be disappointed. Five Stars.
