Customer service horrible in the big and tall department. I (black female) was completely ignored as I watched him put stickers on clothes and then walk in the back. He then comes from the back and chose to acknowledge the older none black customers that arrived after me.

Terrible experience. I parked outside of the store and went through it and into the mall. When I tried to get back into the store from the mall, I was locked out! The sign on the Dillard's doors said they were open until 8pm. This was at 7:15pm!! I had to call the store to get someone to let me in, even though the store was open! Dillard's should clearly warn customers that if they go into the mall, they will not be able to re-enter their store, even though they are still "open". This is unacceptable.

Carlos delivered immaculate service. He was very kind and made sure that my boyfriend received everything that he came in for . I can say this is the best service that I have received in a very long time, I mean in years. 🩷please go see Carlos! You can tell that he loves his job very much and he has a passion to do his job .

My friend and I were racially profiled at the makeup section. My friend is black and I'm hispanic. This white lady was staring at us the whole time and peeked over to see if we were stealing. First of all, we don't want your crusty and expired makeup products. We were just looking around. Not every person of color is a thief. Absolutely Disgusting.

Erika, Erika, Erika! I was dreading looking for an evening gown for an event. Dillards had SO MANY options and Erika spent time with me until I found the perfect dress and felt comfortable with it! Thank you so much Erika!
