Extremely disappointed with this salon.
Paid $80 for a manicure and pedicure, and they still pushed for tips. The work was awful – uneven polish, rough edges, and my heels were barely touched. The past two visits (different technicians each time), both experiences were equally bad.

Worst nail service I have ever recieved. They cut me to the point that my nails were bleeding and my polish was lopsided. I would never recommend this salon.

I went in for a pedicure about a month ago. I asked if they could do my nails because they are very very very very short. I’m a nail biter and it is really disgusting what my hands looked like. The lady that was doing my feet said no, she could not do my nails. But mimosa said yes I can. We can do it today. I have been going to her for the last month. I’ve had one fill so far. I’m due for another one and I have to say that none of my nails Have broke, which is amazing for how short they are. Mimosa is awesome!!!!

Tina and John were awesome!! We were a walk in, got waited on immediately, fast service. Did a great job...and I'm VERY picky with people doing my toes. Definitely pleased with this place.

Nicked my cuticles multiple times with Dremel. Left my nails wavy from uneven Dremel work and missed spots on toes with polish

I got a pedicure here two days ago and my toe is infected now. When I go to a nail salon, I expect sterility, and professional level skill. While getting the service I could tell the man didn’t fully know what he was doing based simply on the many other pedicures I’ve had. Their nail licenses are not clearly displayed anywhere (as they are required BY LAW to be). I will never be returning here and I will be calling to get a refund because frankly I find it unacceptable that a nail salon can operate like that.

I have been visiting Diva Day Spa for over 10 years. I always request their gift certificates for Christmas and birthdays. The owners are almost always on site. I like that it's conveniently located in the southeast corner of the Melbourne Square Mall, adjacent to Macy's. Their prices are good and their service is always friendly and professional. The spa is always clean. The staff always follows sterile protocols to prevent infections. I am always happy with my manicures and pedicures. I often splurge and get their Deluxe Spa Pedicure for extra pampering! Their pedicure chairs are adjustable and offer massage options. They also have adorable child-size pedicure chairs. I highly recommend Diva Day Spa!

This is the worst place I've been to since living in Melbourne for the last 2 years. I have a problem with in grown nails and was highly recommended to someone named Liz at the salon. She knew nothing of what she was doing when I left my nails. Look worse than when I came in. I do not recommend this place at all. Plus they will very, very unfriendly. I am also diabetic and told her to be very careful. She cut my nail in 2 and pulled my nail. I thought I seen stars. NEVER AGAIN !!!!! AND THIS WAS A RECOMMENDATION. Also she never changed her gloves went from one person to me.I should of just left.

I went in for a manicure and my tech did a decent job. The reason for the 1 star is the unprofessionalism. I observed 1 tech named Chin accept a call from a customer whom he placed on speaker phone. She said she wanted to speak with the owner. He started laughing and mocking her saying, " You want hair cut? You want manicure? No owner, we are a corporation. " Then he said here's the owner and then handed the phone to his client. They laughed and the customer on the phone hung up. He sneezed twice without covering his mouth then said out loud that he has covid. There's no reason to behave this way. Very unprofessional. My tech never checked back on me to see if my nails dried. I checked and felt I was good to go. Just an overall weird experience. I've been there in the past and I've never experienced anything like what I experienced today.

Pedicure was just average. I do not feel that the toe skin around toe area was taken care of properly. Also after I got out in the light polish on some of the skin area.
My eyelashes I was very unhappy with.

They don't know how to dip powder nails. Instead of letting me know they did a terrible job at it. I came back within a week and a half later, because they were falling off, so they added acrylic on top. After that, the following week it started to come off again. I went back to ask them to just take the acrylic off and cut my natural nails too because with no dip powder they were breaking. :( The owner still wanted to charge me and then called the police on me because I had refused to pay for having no nails and no powder dip. WTH?! Even the police were in shock; they just let me go and advised me to never come back again. I WILL NEVER RETURN! POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY!!!
