Pro: The leaning scale paperwork was quick and easy for me to fill out.Big bags of free condoms were included with each visit.Cons: They do not take insurance of any kind.I was refused birth control because I was a smoker.I was given an attitude from the women that I was speaking with about my birth control options.The medical assistant could never give me a straight answer to any of my questions, including test results.I was told that they do not do STD testing.My appointment days were always getting mixed up in their system, there was always confusion over the phone and in person about what my appointments were for and I constantly had to explain everything to them and repeat myself.I was told that I would just be sent home with a bag of condoms and no birth control because I was a smoker, and after practically begging for a birth control prescription the doctor told me that she would only give me a three months supply and that if I didn’t quit smoking by then that I would only be able to receive condoms from them.My questions about other birth control alternatives were never answered.

Spoke to a doctor Lynn today in reference to Lyme disease she was extremely helpful very knowledgeable I have to give it a five star The only thing that did not happen that I really wanted to find out is where can we get this tick tested there were no answers for that

According to Cynthia Leckey, CEH, Brevard DOH, the Department of Health does not protect public health. The Department of Environmental Protection does. She stated she received direction from the Bureau and the county to NOT respond to high levels of E.coli and Fecal Coliform in the City of Titusville. This is NOT true according to DEP.

I give it one because I guess with all the reviews, I have to make vist here. Will be my first time seeing for myself. Understand when people are so much pain and waiting to see the doctor it gets so frustrating, because they want it immediately taken care of. But sometimes we all have to patiention about it. Well anyway I am going see you soon.

I was very well attended, even though I didn’t know how to speak the local language. I spoke a “Portunish” (Portuguese + Spanish) and I was understood. She translated my son’s vaccine card and applied the missing vaccine. I also want to inform you that, in the vaccine sector, she calls an interpreter by phone if you have difficulty speaking English fluently.

Completely ignorant and useless when it comes to licensing of tattoo shops and body piercing. Not a single person in that entire office knew what a tattoo or a piercing was whenever I asked for an application for licenses. Then for my inspection she told me to buy something that costed $8000 but couldn't tell me which one to buy, that's an awful lot of money to tell someone to spend when you have NO CLUE what you're even talking about!!!!!!!!

Great lady at the front is very nice and helpful as well she had fantastic customer service and my baby got his shot and we go took around average time to get through but everything was pretty smooth. I been here and never really experience and form of wrong behavior and so on really great staffs overall and they get the job done the doctors and nurses and staffs All do a awesome job awesome ??

Arrived to the Titusville location at 12:40pm for my 1:00pm appt. Doctor didn’t step foot in my exam room until 1:50pm. No exaggeration. He said “doctors offices are always crowded.” Really? Because I was the only one in the waiting room and the first appt after lunch. Watched you stroll through the halls take your time crack jokes while I waited in the exam room ALREADY a ball of nerves with nothing but a paper sheet to comfort me. Never again.

Long waits, staff is never up front so UPS or new arrival patients have to wait EST 12 minutes or more before being helped & very old & dirty lobby furniture that makes you wonder if your now dirty after you get up.

If you are on medicaid, you will be treated very badly, judged & overall embarrassed. I overheard the doctor speaking badly about me to the nurses. It was very disheartening. very unprofessional.
