Can't agree more with Ms. Vazquez. This company is very sneaky. They don't have staff to explain the results for you, but they do have staff to continue billing you even after you asked them to stop the poor service. Do NOT waste time on them.

Worse communication for a company. Keep getting invoices for badges I never received and they won’t take responsibility for their screw ups.
