Went through the drive thru and our order was all messed up hash browns were cold coffees had no sugar in them asked specifically to have drinks made a certain way got and was not on 95 and realized order was wrong would like to be rectified on this matter think some people need better

So I guess the price of everything can go up for everyone, but screw the quality. People work hard for their money which does not go as far as it used to. If I'm gonna pay over 5.00 for and egg and cheese sandwich, you can at least make it edible. DO BETTER DUNKIN!

Wow it's no wonder that this location of Dunkin donuts is subpar . The customer service there is unbelievable I will never go there again they are lazy, liars and no service at all. I even accidentally picked up someones order the other day and didn't have time to return it because I also own a business and got to busy to return it to these people. All I can say to the owner is hire some new people before you don't have a business. By the way your food sucks ?
