Dyer Mortgage is absolutely the best organization I have ever done business with. Bobbie Dyer, the namesake and leader of the organization, went out of her way to reach out to me personally when I contacted her company! She assured me she could help with my mortgage project, and she did it in record time! She connected me with one of her team members named Stephen, who was absolutely fantastic in terms of his knowledge, dedication and care for the customer. I can't say enough about how Bobbie's got such a perfectly well-run machine. All companies should shadow Bobbie to see just how to learn their product or service, convey it to the customer and ultimately, how to truly care about people. Bobbie knows all of the intricacies and options when it comes to your mortgage acquisition plan or refinance plan and she is completely up-to-date with how to get you in the absolute best situation possible. I worked with Stephen, and Bobbie would check in to make sure I was feeling good about everything and reassured me through the whole process. What a truly remarkable experience it was to work with Dyer Mortgage! I will be a customer for life. I would tell all of my family members, friends and anyone in the market for a home or curious about a refinance to do yourselves a favor and CALL DYER MORTGAGE FIRST! This is absolutely the best choice you can make, and you'll be a customer for life too! I had such a pleasure speaking with Angel. I wanted to compare rates just to check if my current lender that I'm in contract with gave me a decent deal. I was referred by a friend to Maxine Canon at Dyer Mortgage, my first refinance and I was not that familiar with the process. Maxine was wonderful! the Dyer team all took GREAT care of me, explained every step of the process, sent me emails with full details explaining everything, and made sure I received the best available rate. They are HIGHLY recommended and Maxine was there for me and I will recommend her to anyone I know as they will get the BEST service in Brevard!
