The young woman there are so sweet and don’t worry if you have to wait a few minutes, you can carry on great conversation’s with the young ladies running the salon. Well, worth every penny

Place is amazing! I love going here. Atmosphere is so chilled and relaxing. Staff is extremely helpful, professional, polite, and really knows their stuff. I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Allie who again; was very vast on the topic and was able to answer any questions. She set me up real good. Again, can’t recommend this place enough! Always a sunshine of attitudes here no matter who is working, pleasant and clean atmosphere along with what seems to be high tech stuff, I just slip into the tanning beds !

We hopped on in for the first time. We were greeted promptly and enjoyed some chatting with current clients. Allie was super nice, informative, and efficient. She answered my many questions, shared the April specials, and all the while checked people in and cleaned the beds. Thank you for taking great care of us. Have a blessed Easter.

By far some the best customer service experiences I’ve found in a long time
The staff knows their stuff and are always willing to explain and with a smile.
The beds are pristine, new and they offer a wide variety of them. Plus they have red light therapy which is a huge benefit. Best tanning in Melbourne area. Most definitely recommend!

They take the time to answer any questions, explain the different tanning options, and recommend the best products to enhance results. After an initial great sign-up experience with Valerie, it’s unfortunate that the salon hires rude young front desk agents with no knowledge of their systems or with the ability to answer basic questions. When trying to get information on how I was billed, the agent was unable to give any information. And I said the information would determine if I kept the account and she said it was probably best if I canceled. So, I canceled. 🤷🏻♀️
