Arrangements don't even last a week. Not even 4 days. They did nothing to help make up for it either. Decent arrangements with low quality flowers for a high end price. Will not be returning especially because we gave them the opportunity to make things right

The bouquet we agreed on looked nothing like the picture online. The flowers were half of what was paid for not to mention we were told extra flowers would be incorporated due to not using the vase in the picture, all we asked for was butcher paper. I would not recommend this place.

*SCAMMERS!!* WOW. I am truly at a loss for words of the unprofessionalism of Eau Galie Florist. I had ordered flowers here for a 5/11 delivery for Mother's Day for my 85 year old aunt who recently beat cancer. I ordered online and I accidentally put the delivery address as my billing address (which I live in Las Vegas by the way.) I immediately called and spoke with a woman who processed the updated delivery address which was also in Melbourne. I had to repeat the address three different times because she said she kept having system issues but she finally input it and I thought all was well. On 5/11 late night after realizing the flowers never came, I sent an email (which nobody ever wrote me back.) I also called to leave a voicemail but the mailbox was full. I called today on 5/13 and the nastiest woman answered the phone and recited the wrong street address. She kept blaming it on me saying thats what I (myself) had to have manually typed in, when in all actuality it was whoever took my call from the store last week that put it in wrong since I never typed the address. I asked for proof of delivery and she said she didn't have it and just kept raising her voice and saying it was my fault. As a small business owner myself, I'm so shocked at this behavior and a simple mistake on their end could have been rectified but the blaming and yelling at me - and claiming to have delivered flowers with no proof, no email confirmation of delivery, nothing, proves just how awful this company is. BUYER BEWARE!

Outstanding flowers but was hoping they would have gotten delivered earlier than 8pm. Lady on the phone was not very friendly but the flower delivery lady was very nice. Would buy again ?
