Everything went extremely smooth. From the start, Wanda from the call center was super to deal with. She explained all the details pleasantly and was very helpful. The emails followed instantaneously pertaining to the contract, gate code, and map diagram of the facility etc. Upon arriving to the storage location, Joe the location manger was very friendly and helpful. Didn't hesitate to personally show me where my storage space was located. Everything inside and out was clean and maintained. Definitely recommend handling your storage needs with Storage King USA.
