Do not order from this store! I placed an order that was accepted online but NEVER delivered for Valentine's Day. I keep calling and no one will answer the phone. I left voicemail messages and no returned my calls. I submitted an online request to be contacted and NO CALL BACK yet! Perhaps they will respond once they are summoned by my attorney. I want my refund and I want it now!#RIDICULOUS

Awful customer service , ordered from Iowa for someone in Florida and because she wasn't home during the time they are refusing to try and redeliver. Unfortunately am in Iowa and I can't pick it up so I requested a refund but of course no one wants to answer the phone at this location to assist or to help . So now who the hell knows how long the refund will take . This is my first time with edible arrangements and this is awful customer service.

The worst experience I’ve had at an establishment with a nasty MANAGER. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 9:30. I arrived at the time I was given, and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. I left work to pick up this order and didn’t have that amount of time to wait. I asked to speak with a manager. She came out being immediately rude stating that if I could of read the time they opened wasn’t until 9 and it was my fault because I didn’t place the order until 7 am and to expect them to have an order ready within 30 minutes of opening. However, 9:30 was an option on the website which is not my fault. Also this was no special order, just a basic dozen chocolate cover fruit.

I’m very disappointed in this establishment. A wonderful friend ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my first Valentine’s Day after my husband passed - and it was never delivered. They never answered the phone when she called - and when she went in TWICE they first told her it wasn’t delivered then the owner lied and told her it was delivered. I work from home and have security cameras - it was never delivered. Very terrible business practices!

Didn't deliver my order and then lied that they did. Told me I had to pick it up if I wanted it. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Ordered delivery for today. So far no delivery, no answer from store and automated system down! Will update later. I’m hoping this 1 Turns into a 5. I delivered to my friends job it will be a shame if she leaves Work

I wish I had known this was the location who would deliver my arrangement. I placed an order to be delivered on Feb 11th a Sunday. For my daughter’s birthday. I got a call on saturday asking if they could deliver that day instead. I had said no bc her birthday was the following day and i had gone with edible arrangements bc other companies weren’t delivering on the 11thApparently someone showed up (we saw in a ring camera) but they never left the item, nor a note and they never called me to ask what to do with the order.I called allllll day Monday and left 4 voicemails and sent an email and have till not hears from them nor has the package been re delivered. It is now Tuesday 2:30 pm. The worst service ever DO NOT BUY from here!I gave a 1 star because negative star was not an option!

Placed my online order yesterday night and after checkout the page kept loading and saying “order being processed” after some minutes, page said “your cart is empty” didn’t get order # confirmation message either confirmation email but the payment was instantly charged to my account. Couldn’t track my order because order # is required and I didn’t have it. Called 20 times and no one answered calls and voicemail wasn’t available either. I had to personally visit the store which is 35 minutes from my house just to find out what happened with my order. This is not acceptable!The lady who helped me at the store was very nice with the best attitude and customer service she found out the status of my order. She told me that they had a staff shortage and that it was the reason for them not answering calls.

My surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of strawberries, heart shaped pineapples chocolate covered strawberries. It was beautiful, but when I opened it up. The chocolate that covered some of the strawberries was broken and almost white looking. The chocolate tasted old and the strawberries was sour. I'm sure my husband spent a lot. This was disappointing?

My wife thoughtfully ordered a Valentine’s package for me from here (she knows I like food - specifically cheesecake). When I got home from work, she was disappointed and defeated. She ordered a Valentine’s Day package with 3 mini cheesecakes, six chocolate covered strawberries, and a card (for $60?!). When she went to pick up, after standing in line she was abruptly handed her order. When she checked, she noticed there were brownies instead of cheesecakes. When she addressed this issue she was told they were out of cheesecakes and putting brownies instead and was dismissed before she could discuss further. To say everything was lacking in quality is an understatement. The brownies that replaced what should’ve been cheesecakes were cheap store bought replacements and the card looked like the printer was running out of ink. The fact that as I’m writing this my wife is still apologizing for the lackluster (and overpriced) valentines gift should say something about the experience. Is it too late to get a refund? Thank goodness crumbl was next door.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. How is a place not going to deliver an arrangement ordered over 2 weeks ago on Valentines Day. My first Valentines Day married to add to this. Very disappointed, called and messaged close to 20 times with 0 luck or response. You have lost a first time customer forever and I hope this place closes down as it’s clearly not reliable.
