Shane @ Marion Music had me bring my guitar body in and went through their whole part selection with me (including the used bin in the back for repairs) to see if he could help.We weren't able to find a good fit, but this service was above & beyond for a pretty small profit potential, and I'll be back in the future for repair needs or new gear as a result. They have a really broad selection of new & used instruments and I'm bummed I couldn't stay longer to explore. Thanks, y'all!”

“Initially went to Best Buy looking for a portable speaker to sync with Smart TV for Husband with severe hearing loss and as a result he misses half of what is being said! We currently have a Bose soundbar too that still leaves him not hearing TV! They took us over to the Bose sound link plus speaker but did not know if it would in fact be compatible with the current soundbar? An employee was standing nearby and weighed in about not thinking it would. He then took us to other options with superior soundbars with enhanced sound for talking as opposed to background theatre type effects!! He was so bright and knowledgeable and determined to correct this hearing issue for my husband! His costumer service was beyond Stellar and he made the purchase getting us approved for 24 months at 0% interest!! We ended up purchasing a Sony 4K Oled Google 65” TV with the Soundbar that made the voice crystal clear and he set up all details of delivery to have installers pair his hearing aides to TV via Bluetooth capability!!!! We are beyond grateful for Chase Costello at Melbourne Best Buy. The Store had closed before we completed the whole transaction and quite honestly he could have not completed it then and there but he did!!By far the absolute best experience we have ever had making a large purchase at BB!

“I had an issue with an order through the online system, and not only did Tyler refund me for the mishap (item ordered but never came, yet i still had an auto payment taken out) but he also waived my payment that was due today for another item, AND on top of that he asked if i still wanted the tv and said it would be free for today! Tyler really went above and beyond for me, making sure i was nothing less than satisfied. He asked me about three times if I still wanted the tv, he was determined to make sure i got what i had wanted. It’s Christmas so money is tight, and now I don’t have to worry about anything until after Christmas now. I think a good bit of reviews on this store are meant for the croton rd disaster. The lady who runs this store does a fantastic job running the business. Oh thank heaven. For another 7-11 a mile away.”
“Today is was at the 7-11 on post rd and US1. When i went to the counter to pay for my items i saw a woman's wallet and debit card left on the counter. I told the employee. The awesome employee who's name is Brie. Said OMG she knows who left it abs ran outside to give it back to the lady. Then when she rang up my items. She personally paid for my items out of her own pocket. I said why did you do that. She kindly said that's because I was honest and a lot of other people would've just taken the wallet abs card. Praise to her. She needs to be employee of the month”
