My grandsons, Jaxton & Carsten, are learning new skills and are really enjoying the classes. It has only been 3 weeks but you can see their excitement to be there! I love that there is plenty of staff present to assist. Great teamwork!
We offer Adult Programs that will get you in shape while you have fun doing it. You will learn practical self-defense skills, so you will know how to defend yourself and your family, while toning your body and focusing your mind.
Our Children’s Programs offer a great way to keep children healthy and active. We challenge the children to improve their “life-skills”. Some of the life-skills your child will work on are: self-confidence, discipline, focus, and perseverance.
