I had a wonderful facial with Victoria. She is great and has so much knowledge. She answered my questions but also let me just relax. She tailored the facial to what my skin needed and I left with super soft skin. All of the staff there are professional and kind plus it’s a calm environment.

The massage therapists were good. However, if I’m required to be there 30 minutes prior to my massage to “enjoy the meditation room” then please make sure someone is cleaning it and offering drinks to clients. There were dirty glasses and dishes on the tables next to the loungers. These same dirty glasses and plates were there before and after our massages. And nobody came around to check to see if we’d like any beverages.

Great services! Amazing massage and facial! Comfortable relaxing room! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the locker room lacked seating! And the bathrooms were kinda basic! All in all it’s a lovely spa!

Essentials Spa is a truly luxurious experience- from the spotless locker rooms, the Zen lounge with such comfortable chaises, mimosas, teas, coffee and healthy snacks and room diffusers and then the staff- courteous, professional and my esthetician Megan makes it a perfect experience.
