If there were a negative million stars, that would be my rating. I should have posted 15 years ago. Better late than never! Looks like Janet Brown retired… She’s the worst, money hungry scam artist realtor that sold me my first house. Janet told me the house had multiple offers and to offer a full price offer. I found out a few months later from the neighbor that knew the seller well that Janet lied! The closing date was the day after Christmas. My grandfather was dying which consumed my mom’s time who is all the family I have, leaving me to handle things solo. I had a bad feeling before closing and wanted to think about things. I was on the floor in my apartment crying alone on Christmas Day! Nor Janet or Jason cared. Instead, Janet and Jason threatened to take me to court if I didn’t close. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years, right? Janet must have retired by continuing to scam buyers and sellers with her lies! DO NOT USE EXIT 1st CLASS REALTY! Exit 1st Class Realty is anything but 1st Class!

EXIT 1st Class Realty is not only a high level real estate service office, it is more like family. Residential, commercial, rental and property management are all available. The office has a coffee house vibe welcoming clients in a warm environment. I won’t use any other real estate office in Brevard.
