Tried to return a skirt that had no issues other than the tag not being on it (I had the tag and receipt in hand) and they wouldn’t allow it. It was my first ever purchase from this store and they were no help in the return process. Never buying from them again. Their pricing is also too high for the quality of skirt purchased.

Bella was extremely helpful when I had a very specific request - she found pieces both in the Women’s AND Clearance sections for me, which is a rare extra mile. The rest of the staff helped me out when I had questions, and were also excellent - but Bella went above and beyond. Love this store!

Super Rude staff i see why coz their manager is hideous. Dirty dressing rooms. Toxic environment. Shop in the express in Orlando(not the outlet) they are a dream, or check out Free People… they are the best!!

Well new return policy sucks, wouldnt let me return jeans from a week ago because there was some pattern/dye defect. The issue presented itself AFTER I washed them but if you wash them they can't be returned..

The staff here is so rude and unprofessional, they pick and choose who they greet, which seems to be racially motivated. If you’re not White, they won’t speak to you unless you’re checking out and they’re forced to. The store is always empty and now I see why, The girls that work in here do not fit the look of express, they are sloppy and hair is unkept. Hire women that actually want to do their job and aren’t racist. Go to the express in Orlando! Much better customer service.
